Hello from Washington State, USA! I don’t know if it was just my oven but I still had to do about 10 extra minutes with the oven a few degrees higher to get it finished! My dough was a bit more moist than yours so I think next time I make it I’ll add a little extra flour too. I substituted with AP Einkorn flour which next time I wouldn’t do, and then I also added extra cinnamon, used crushed pistachios because I didn’t have any other nuts, and added a drizzle of honey on top because I felt like it, ha! Overall it looks very similar. My kids and I had fun making this, and it’s beautiful!
