All in this beast laptop. If you’re wondering we haven’t even made modifications to it.. like adding ram and stuff (sorry not educated enough on this topic to know haha). But yeah, super good laptop! I have owned this laptop with GTX 1060 for more than three years now. It never caused any problems and still runs most games very well, without heat problems or throttling. It looks like new. I would always buy another one, because the price performance relation is unbeatable. I only paid about 1500 Euros for that beautiful gaming laptop.

i've had mine for about a year but the cooling fans make a weird noise while booting up it sounds like it hits the brim or the side wall of the casing. other than that it runs like a beast with no problems but i will be replacing the fans soon.

I got this laptop a few weeks ago at a very good price with a student discount. You can also save a lot of money opting for the i5 configuration with the 965m. I quite honestly prefer the look of the newer omen model, but would much rather have the standard HP logo on back. Trackpad performance is rubbish (if comparing to a macbook) and the spacebar key on mine fails to light up (whether it's designed that way I'm not sure). Other than that I'm very impressed.
nice video. The only weak spot on this laptop is the heat from almost entirely it's right side. I think dell's setup for the gpu and cpu on top of the laptop is better since it keeps the entire palm rest cool. :)

The design looks absolutely stunning. The internal parts are great aswell. I'm not a big fan of the backlight keys. Is there an opportunity to turn them off? If so, I might just buy this machine.

Can you make a quick comparison between the 3 HP series Pavilion, Envy and Omen? I asked HP sale rep and all they said was "cheap, average, gaming" and no more valuable advice. I mean you can customize the HP device before buying anyway, so with pretty much the same memory, hard drive, graphic cards,etc. which series perform better? rehman arshad not like as a literal controller, more like the game can crash or malfunction due to the touchscreen, like SFV when I first got it for PC wouldnt run longer than 10 minutes in a laptop with touchscreen, so I had to desactivate it

i used to listen to the comments a lot but trust me dont, this laptop is actually really good, feels very light, only issue is the display, i would defintely say get the 4k, the original display is slighly lacking. the 965m is really good too, you can play most games with a mix of ultra and high graphics
I've had mine for over a year, it is brilliant for playing e-sports titles such as CS:GO and League. As well as some older triple A games, with reduced settings and resolutions. But it's not great for playing today's most popular games.

It is not, if you unplug it and use the battery sometime. you should read some recent test of the batterie usability. A long time ago we used to remove the battery when the labtop was plug but the battery have evolved as the hardware.

I have the same problem, i've had it for 2 years now, the fans make a weird noise, and it seems the microphone doesn't seem to work anymore..
