    One guy was telling that if you are loosing fat then do cardio at 1st and if you are gaining then do cardio at last of your exercises. What is your views on this?? Currently I'm loosing fat and i do cardio on treadmill at the end of my exercise.

      you're good. the entire purpose of cardio is to make your heart more efficient and burn some extra calories that makes you stay in a calorie deficit.

    I don't know technicals , but as my experience cardio well worked till 10% body weight reduction .
    If you are 100 you can easily achieve 90 through cardio but after that it's too hard to reduce further with cardio only strength training then plays important role.

    Bro ,while doing strength training to gain weight is that necessary to do cardio and cycling as a warmup

    I have boycotted western medicine since i was 12 and start consuming chyawanprash and Gaumutra on daily basis straight to 13 years, now i am 25, i haven't trained my body ever still i can do one arm pushup and one arm pull-up with ease, i have never fall ill from that moment, i am arm wrestling champion in my locality, i can run 4 km in 15 minutes, i stay unmasked and unvaccinated throughout the covid period and didn't get infected, i can hold my breathe for 4 and a half minute without any prior training.

    I am doing both cardio and strength training,Taking healthy meal which includes sufficient carbs,protein and fibre ,but problem is that I am loosing weight which is below my bmi.Both training is equally important for me ,so pls suggest me how to maintain my weight doing both kind of exercises

      If you main goal is building muscles do weight training first because you will be full of energy and you will do your reps perfectly if its weight loss than do cardio first just don’t overdo your body needs rest just 30 40 minutes cardio is enough

      Agar AAP muscle building or fat loss Karna cahati he. To aapka protein intake
      1.8 to 2 per kg of body weight Hona chahiye.
      For example 60kg×2= 120 gram protein.
      Aapko Weight training and cardio Karna padega uski vajha se muscle grow honge or fat loss hoga. 👀 I think it will help you
