      Just do normal strength training exercises, they work irrespective of gender.

    Being a lazy ass😂......I did walk about 2 hours😁a day it was tough but I divided the time in morning n evening......It did help in the start then I switched to aerobics(zumba) the best way to burn calories fast it helped more and I noticed more change in my body♡
    I just hate strength training and I always try to find an escape from it but when I do it it makes me realise it works it does works🤩
    So thanks for the motivation coach you know you the best😍
