    matlab shabd nhi hain mai march se weight losskarnai ki koshish karra hun parr sirf 7 kg kamm hua aur body pe koi frq nhi dikha mujhe mai obese hun i am currently 115 kg
    aur bhaiya aapka channel is like bhagwaan ka bheja koi doot hai than ku so much abhi aapki fatloss wali playlist dekh ke aara hun

    One recipe i also want to contribute
    Boil soya chunks for 5min
    Stain it
    In pan add 5ml mustard oil
    Than Zera powder, turmeric,chilly and garam masala as well as dhaniya powder paste soute it for while than add water than soya chunks
    Cook it for atleast 5min
    You snack is ready
    Calories 400gm
    Protein. 53gram

    I wanted to ask is it okay to eat soya granules without boiling or soaking them first as u you have did in the Soya chakna recipe because I have heard that there are something called anti nutrients in soya and so you should always soak it in water first.

      we roasted for about 15-20 min to reduce the antinutrient content. And, anyway, most plant foods have antinutrients no exception with soya.

    Mai muscle building karna chahta hun aur meri maintenance calories approx 1900 to 2100 nikal Rahi hai to mai 2200 calories surplus lena chahta hun aur mera weight pounds mein 132lbs hai to kitna protein mujhe chahiye hoga muscle build karne ke liye?

    Q. 1 : One week me 1kg Weight gain possible hai if yes to Exercise krni hogi ya sirf eating se ( I'm too skinny 💀) fat nhi bulk chahiye i mean muscle
    Q. 2 : Calories me bhut confusion hai kitni lun please bta do kitni m accha gain result dikhega
    Q. 3 : Agar calories bta rhe to 😁😛to ye bhi bta do kya kya khake wo calories aur protein intake pura kru
    (Gym nhi jata hu only normal exercise kr sakta hu kyuki fakeer hun, baki aap agar comment padho to btau kuch)
