You can just use dark for everything even for light colors it works way better ...you can wash them and they don't crack at all so just using dark fabric sheets for all colors your welcome 😉🥰
U don’t have to have one, u can upload pics to your computer & print those out & use those pics on the transfer paper then put it on the shirt, So if your question you’re asking is do u need to have a Cricut the answer is NO just upload your pics to your computer
This video was exactly what I needed. Just great! Doing this transfer for the first time today and now I feel well prepared. Bonus with the Cricut tip! Thank you
Awesome video, but I do have a few questions. 1. What does bleed mean? 2. Why do you mirror the image for light fabric and not the dark? 3. Can the dark sheets be used on light colored fabrics as well? Thank you so much for sharing your talent and knowledge with us all.
Okay I had to look this up. Most processes with white/light colored shirts etc the image will be placed faced down. So like with sublimation it needs to be mirrored. With dark garments you don’t need to because it’s pressed face up! Hopefully that helps
not too much talking straight to the point and focus I love this video I give it a 5 star I'm a beginner and have went through so many videos this was all I need it thank you will be checking for more videos
OMG I thank God for sending me to your video because I have been freaking out about how to get the print and cut to do right and your video just made it much simpler for me to get it. Thanks a million times!
Very helpful video. I appreciate when people take the time to throughly explain things and not assume we all know what the steps are. Thanks again beautiful!
Thank you! Great tutorial! I've ruined a few shirts forgetting that when using the printable iron on sheets (red lines) for light or white shirts, you always mirror the image especially if it has words, for dark iron on sheets (blue lines) you don't bc you'll be pulling the backing off, then ironing it on. 😉
Thank You so much for showing me step by step to do the pictures on the T-Shirt. I'm very new to this, trying to learn to maybe start a little business beside just sitting at home during nothing.
This was actually very helpful thank you! Question: How do you get the picture to be filled with the color of the shirt in the back? For example a flower on a shirt that has many different bright colors. how would you make the flower just be a layout on top of the shirt, even if it's not a complete layout? Or do you need a different type of paper for that? Sorry if you already made a video about this. 👏🏼 just let me know if that's the case
Thank you so much!! I had watched another video from someone else and was so lost that I gave up on the whole idea. But you makde it make since for me. Thank you again!
Pam Postell Hi Chey, what I have found is that using the transfer paper for dark colors, will work for any color. When I use for the light transfer paper, I have to peel it off and the colors are not as vibrant as if I used the transfer paper for dark colors.
Thank You so much for the video i had been looking for some videos that could tell me what kind of paper to use so KUDOS to you and did it step by step and explained everything while you were doing it i will definitely will be following you Thanks Again
You’re so cute!! I tried making a shirt when I first got my Cricut but couldn’t get the hang of it after watching this video I’m gonna try again! Thank you pretty lady!
Thank you for the tutorial I kept coming back to this one to remind me...I have a question tho it there a way to make the images larger...cause say I’m doing a 3x shirt and when I print image it comes out so small
You do such a great job! I am totally new to this and you are making this much easier especially since my heat press came with very little instructions. How do I know which materials such as, the transfer paper, I need to do certain projects such as, mugs, tile, etc
Thank you so much ! Unfortunately I learned the hard way about dark transfers and mirroring image on it.. so glad I found your video and was able to correct it and get the shirt done ..again, THANK YOU ! -NC ❤
My Daughter and I want to make a sweatshirt for someone. I have a Cricut but don't have a heat press. What steps do I take???? Your shirts came out great. Great instructions. Great photo. I am just not familiar with the downloading and uploading. I am a card maker, scrapbook, journaler. So this is all new to me.
Hello. If you don’t mind me asking. How do you like your heat press? How long have you had it? I’ve been looking at heat presses for awhile now and keep coming back to the one you have in your video. Your input would be very much appreciated. Also we have the same name and spelled the same way 😊. It’s very rare that I see that.
I always wondered how you get them to stick! I messed up a lot of shirts not having the proper heat and allowing them light to cool completely!! ThNk you thank you thank you!!
hello I have a few questions.is your heat press good for different items?,do I need a circuit for these types of tasks?also will a desk jet printer work?
Thanks for the video you can flattten the pic and it will cut asa whole when so you can cut it with the Cricut it cuts a box around whole pic so you get your pic without the black l
So awesome!!! I’ve been wondering if my printer was ok to use, for sure, and just so happens you have my printer!! Thank you so much for your video showing how since I’m completely new to this. Your details on showing are the best.
Thank u this video was really helpful for my next project I have one question why did you peel the black image before pressing it and peel the white image after it’s press ?
Hi Chey, I appreciate all of the great ideas and helpful information you share, thank you so much!! I want the heat press that you have and when I look at the description from the link you provided it doesn't say that it slides out. Can you help me make sure I get the right press please?
Thank for the video . So I have been having a problem . When I print an image off my printer and then cut on my cricut explore air 3 it seems to be cutting the image the tearing right through it . What setting do I have to adjust it to in order for it not to tear me images
@jazminetorres Try using more pressure. There is a button for it in Design Space. It is at the section where it shows all of the cutting mats right before you hit the make it button. Also make sure your blade is sharp. Use a ball of aluminum foil (tightly balled up) and stick it in and out about 50 times. Another good RUclips channel is Jennifer Maker. Search on that one. Good luck! 👍🏻
Can I get into your groups if I don't have a cricut? I had one and got so frustrated with it and it got the best of me and I took it back. I'm thinking about getting another one because your videos are so easy to follow and understand that makes a big difference. You're speaking clearly so I can follow along. Thank you!

What type of printer are you using? I’m having trouble deciding on a reasonable priced inkjet
I cannot seem to find a video that shows me everything need or the steps.. what website are you on ? How to upload logo etc ?
She's using the Cri-cut app. you can still use the website without having the cri-cut machine just print the images using your home printer.
I never knew the bottom of the heat press could move. Wow!!
Thanks for your quick study. I appreciated the lesson.
OMG!! I needed this information yet at the same time I had to keep rewinding this because you are so mesmerizing! Thank you for sharing.
Hi Chey hope your having a blessed day🙏🏼.... I have a question what printer do you use?
Inkjet or laser printer depends on what transfer paper you get.
Awesome awesome video!! I’m making my first shirt today and I’ve watched multiple videos and this video was the BEST!!!! Thank you so so much!!!!
How does this method hold up after washing and drying?
If you want the image to last or sell, i suggest you use this this special transfer paper called "Neenah Transfer Paper " or 'HTV Printable Paper".
hello I have a few questions.is your heat press good for different items?,do I need a circuit for these types of tasks?also will a desk jet printer work?
Hi yes a regular printer will work. No you don’t need a cricket! You just have to reverse the image that’s all.
