Great job Grant!! I will put your teachings to work this week. For the people asking about the printer you used and what is best, make sure they know that it absolutely matters which transfer paper they buy because it has to match the type of printer they plan on using. If you have an inkjet printer, you must buy transfer paper that specifically says it's for "Inkjet printers" and visa-versa. They say If you are transferring photos, your best bet is an inkjet printer using transfer paper for light fabrics. Vector-style graphics can go LaserJet or InkJet.
Is it comfortable? Does the transfer feel weird on the shirt? If the shirt stretches does the image break up? Does the image wear and fade after being washed?
Thank You, watching how you did your work you explained step by step. And that helped me for I am just at the start of learning this and I believe you’re doing great at teaching. Again Thanks for the explanation.👍
Great video, and straight to the point. but to be honest, as an ex screen printer, I can honestly say that print job does not look good at all. We would not be able to sell something of that quality. But, with that said, as a hobby or personal use, it works.
@@etan1378 all of it is poor quality. The image is rippled and unsmooth. Not a clear image transfer at all. A good wash or two, and id imagine itll probably fade and look blurry. Aside from the fact that its super crooked. For personal use, that works. But selling quality like that, is only asking for more refunds than profit.
i thought the same exact thing😂 even if they printed it on crooked or backwards , it would probably just look like gucci trying to be avant-garde lmaoo
this video is rly cool, thorough and well-edited! i wouldn’t have added the rhinestones but it was still informative. U remind me of myself kinda lol i bet we probably have similar interests. I respect ur creativity and the execution of ur ideas, it’s inspiring😋
Thank you, great job at a quick DIY! Does the image have to be high quality for pixel purposes? What does it need to be? If so, how do I make it high quality if it's just an image I grabbed from the web?
This is only for inkjet printers, a good thing. The transfer paper will have marks on them letting you know the direction. Tip: Do not just peel off. Let it cool totally then only pull from one corner slow and steady close to the shirt in a diagonal way.
Cotton blend. No polyester . Remember to stretch it on a board- the tighter the better, Get creative- use shoestrings or bungees to secure the hoodie or tee shirt under the board. Don’t forget if it’s heavy fabric warm it very warm before applying image.
Man, I want to make some T-shirts for myself... Please let me know if I got this right: I only need a printer, cut off the image that I want to print on my t-shirt, use the iron, and that it is?
Ik this video is old so i dont really expect a responce, but im still gonna ask, can you wash it? like can it go in the washing machine and come out fine?
I never tried washing it so I wouldn't be able to say 100%, but I would recommend washing it on a delicate cycle and air drying instead of putting it in the dryer to minimize cracking/peeling
You may have been able to transfer the image from the transfer paper, but once you throw this shirt into the washer, the printer ink will NOT last and immediately begin fading.
The image on the shirt came out a little rustic looking. Was that on purpose or is that how it just comes out? Dope Vid by the way, and thanks for the info. Also what type of printer would you suggest to use?
tmthyfrndz I think any printer works as long as you use the transfer paper. I didn’t try to make it rustic looking, but that possibly could have happened because I didn’t iron it long enough
I've done some images but never found hoe to properly iron images on thought you just use the wax paper then take it off and peel the back off the image and you're done so that's for the info I use a cricut to cut my images

Great video. Gonna try it today with my granddaughter. She wants to make one for her Dad for Father's Day. Thanks!
Thank you!! This video was straight to the point without all the extras. Awesome!

Yes
I’m making all my own tees now. i won’t wear the same shirt again for the next 5 years
I love the sparkly on the shirt. Adds a touch of class.
Thank You, watching how you did your work you explained step by step. And that helped me for I am just at the start of learning this and I believe you’re doing great at teaching. Again Thanks for the explanation.👍
You can also use heat tape to hold it down so it doesn't move.
You can wash the shirt over and over again right??? Also thank you for the video so easy and simple to follow🥰
That’s what I was wondering 💭
uk fan love your custom vids on tees and trainers
You're a legend! This will solve so many problems
Awesome video. Try using heat transfer tape to hold image down. Great job. 👍🏼

What about it is low quality? Genuinely interested

next thing you know someone’s printing the gucci logo onto their clothes
i thought the same exact thing😂 even if they printed it on crooked or backwards , it would probably just look like gucci trying to be avant-garde lmaoo
It’s only copy right if you sell it but it’s legal to do this with any brand just as long as you don’t sell it

Great tutorial. Thanks, sir!
Do you load your printer with that paper? And is that a regular printer?
This is only for inkjet printers, a good thing. The transfer paper will have marks on them letting you know the direction. Tip: Do not just peel off. Let it cool totally then only pull from one corner slow and steady close to the shirt in a diagonal way.
🔥🔥 Great Content man. Can I print a picture like that on any decent printer?
Yep! Any printer works
@@Grantbradylopez Thanks for replying back I appreciate it 💯

I honestly haven't tried washing the tee before so I'm not 100% sure!
Cool!! Grant.
Awesome job
Hey love video what printer do you use?
Will this work on a hoodie?
Cotton blend. No polyester . Remember to stretch it on a board- the tighter the better, Get creative- use shoestrings or bungees to secure the hoodie or tee shirt under the board. Don’t forget if it’s heavy fabric warm it very warm before applying image.
I like straightforward!
Also make sure iron is not on steam setting and put wax paper over image when you first iron. Nice shirt

no water in iron? will it not damage the iron? genuine question i always thought that would damage an iron
Does walmart have the proper printer? Like, can I use the kodak printers? Or?
What brand was the transfer paper?
I watched a lot of videos on how to do it but my paper for some reason doesn’t stick on it but hopefully it will stick now🤞
Do you need a special printer or ink? Like sublimation ink!?
I have a question will the image last of will it decay after a while?
What kind of printer? Does it need to be a laser printer or anything specific?
Do you need to have a specific printer to do this ?? If so what type of printer is needed.
Any printer works as long as you use the transfer paper
Man, I want to make some T-shirts for myself...
Please let me know if I got this right: I only need a printer, cut off the image that I want to print on my t-shirt, use the iron, and that it is?
How do you find good quality images for printing?
Whoa hes gonna put rhinestones on the rocky too??!! I bet this kid is pulling in all kinds of poon tang!
What type of printer do you have?
What printer did u use? Can we use any kind of printer for this?
Does it matter what kind of printer you use, if so what printer should you use??
What color paper do you recommend using for an orange jacket
Thanks this is helpful

So it's been about 3 years now. How is the image holding up?
COOL COOL 😎
THANK YOU!
Do you need special ink?
Thanks 🙏
How do these look after u wash the shirt?
Hi! Can I use as a regular photo printer?
does this work with any kind of printer or it has to be the big ones
Does the transfer paper require a special printer or does a normal office printer work with it too ? 👍🏼
They're made for normal printers.
Can you put the image without adding wax paper
Could this transfer paper work well on jeans?
is the quality of the image gonna come out exactly how it was on google, on does your printer allow to sharpen image?
You may have been able to transfer the image from the transfer paper, but once you throw this shirt into the washer, the printer ink will NOT last and immediately begin fading.
would it be better to handwash it?
So what’s a different option. How so I make a shirt with a graphic that I can wash?
The image on the shirt came out a little rustic looking. Was that on purpose or is that how it just comes out? Dope Vid by the way, and thanks for the info. Also what type of printer would you suggest to use?
