Just some helpful info...there is a scrench (combination wrench / screwdriver) on the bottom of the Milwaukee chainsaw that has the socket and screwdriver needed for working on the saw. Now, it is quite hard to remove, but once you get it out, it is all you need to work on the chain. Great video
Awesome video! Thank you so much. I am a widow and have to do all the things my late husband use to do. I knew nothing about any of this or how to use, repair, etc. This video was so helpful. Ihave subscribed to your channel!
My chain just came off of my new Milwaukee chainsaw and I found you to show me how to replace it back on. I appreciate the additional information regarding the tightening screw so that I can avoid it coming off in the future. I realize you are not a "pro", but I appreciate your knowledge - I understood everything you explained. Thank you!
Thanks. I have the same model and the manual is useless for how to reinstall to tension the bar. I was pretty discouraged because the chain kept falling off. You cleared up my questions and I can get back to clearing windfalls!
If ever in denial about what way the chain goes back on, or can't see the arrows on the chain itself; there is a diagram/picture on the top of the chain gaurd that you have to remove to replace the chain, right underneath the kickback gaurd.
Thank you for the video. I did not want to call my buddy and let him know that I did not know how to put chain back on. Problem solved after watching your video. Thanks again.
Thank you for explaining this so clearly. It is a big help . I really that you are humble and real like the neighbor down the way. I am subscribing to your channel and I wish you much success.
The ratchet needed for opening the blade guard is actually with the saw, its in an opening under it. Also i know they're basically interchangeable but it's a ½inch socket not 13mm And the screw that pushes the pawl forward is called a tensioner screw
@@MJAltairy the Oregon link doesn't work but I was able to get it today at Lowe's from what you said on the back of the box look for the compatible Milwaukee so thanks for that
Appreciate it! Ive gone through maybe a total of 5 hours of cutting with it. Recommend it for “smaller” jobs and for quick cuts. Wouldn’t recommend it for “professional” level use.
thanks for the video. the chain came off my bar and your video was great. you make it easy to understand. think you should get some safety gear though.
Bro, you are so twisted you don’t need all those tools. There’s a hand grip tool that has the socket and a screwdriver at the end of it. Pull it out the back of the unit if anybody’s reading this, you have the two built-in wow wow

Get the chain moving before touching the wood with it.
Thanks. I have the same model and the manual is useless for how to reinstall to tension the bar. I was pretty discouraged because the chain kept falling off. You cleared up my questions and I can get back to clearing windfalls!
Love your honesty!!! The video was super helpful to this novice chainsaw user. Thank you!!!

For future review videos if you buy a chain always show the box and the model number of the chain
I just realized i failed to show that but i do have a link in the description of the video with the exact kit i used and the recommended as well.

Oregon R56 Advancecut, $10 cheaper than the Milwaukee one.

😂 glad i could help! Appreciate the support!
Appreciate the help lot. Really helpful and really great demonstration!!! Thank you
How much cutting have you done with the saw? also the chain is on the the bar. That's what the grey thing is called.
Also I gave you a like for the video.

@@MJAltairy Why were you replacing the chain after 5 hours? Was it damaged, or coming off the bar?
@@PowerScissor chain just getting dull
Bro thank you for the helpful visual guise.
My chain fell off 😅😂
Got it back on now 🎉🎉🎉😊
What’s the difference between that one and the 2727-20c?
It’s the same tool. The letter at the end could just indicate that it’s part of a combo kit (battery+charger) or something.
@@MJAltairy i found it to be the 14” bar. But hard to confirm
I would add, there is a tool built in the bottom. Have a look
My chain popped off, can I just re-tighten it?
Yea, you should be able to get it back on the guide then re-tighten
@@MJAltairy thank you so much appreciate you.
You also want to push the bar up while you’re tightening
Thanks, you were a great help.
Thank you! Appreciate it!

Yeah I didn’t realize this till someone mentioned it in the comments. I will say it was pretty difficult to get to it from what I recall.
Video of Cheyne packaging his mirror image backwards… Not terribly helpful
Dear Jesus, find someone who knows much much more than this guy.
My chain just keeps loosening up. This thing is absolutely trash. Do not buy this.
Please tell me more mine recently has had issues
Swap to the Oregon bar and chain and you'd be fine.
