I got mine and when I add a long socket and hold socket with my hand it just slips, can anyone try to hold a socket and press the trigger to see if it slips on you also? I really like it but I am thinking its defective, if anyone can try it and let me know please, I would appreciate it, Milwaukee does not seem to want to answer this question for me on IG, which does not look good.
I love mine... but now I need them to make a short version sold as tool-only so I can use the sockets with both.
That would be cool to see.
I've had one a few weeks now.... got both rails too
I'm not so sure about that direction switch... I feel like it's going to get broke off 😢
Other than that it's good stuff, only time will tell
Anyone know if these are better than the high speed 1s? I want something with enough power to remove rusted bolts
i can tell you if you gave high speed get yourself the older one it will drive rusty bolt out this wont really do that atleast from my experience the old one is strong as fuck
Ive been looking at getting this, thanks for the review!! I wish you could choose which sockets come with it. I hardly ever use metric sockets.
I ended up ordering the SAE sockets too. You'll probably want to have both at some point.
Great, informational video.
Only thing I dislike is when using the Anvil it's hard to get the (aftermarket) socket away from it. It often comes out of the head of the tool. It's not a deal breaker, great tool overall
That also is happening with my tool, and it was annoying at first, but now I treat it like a feature and just leave the adapter on whatever socket extension combo I'm using a lot of
There’s an updated adapter that solves that problem
@@AngryDogPerformance really?? That's sick! How would I get one?
@@kobewilson640 ruclips.net/video/LHqB2nWJ8JA/видео.html
@@kobewilson640 you have to go through the warranty section of Milwaukee's site I believe. Shop Tool reviews covered it more in detail
Do you have to have the adapters or can you use a regular 3/8 socket adapter?
You really need the socket adapter set. If you have the one 3/8 adapter, then you can use any of your own sockets, but it will stick out more. The great thing with the insider reach is that you can fit into tighter spaces.
@@MarkThomasBuilder thank you so much, you got a new subscriber!
What's your favorite automotive tool? Do you use power tools or hand tools mostly?
i recently got one and i am having nothing but problems will spin the motor but the anvil will not move seems like the gear head stripped out on mine after 2 weeks of use
Oh wow, I haven't heard about that being a problem with them. Hopefully you can exchange it or get warranty work on it.
If oil or too much grease gets in the head it'll do that
I take it all off but a tiny bit
Same thing with my speed ratchet
@@WilliamBrown-bg7vm yeah cleaned mine out and still doing the same thing took the c clip out and looked at the anvil and cant see anything wrong got to find a service center to drop it off
Only thing I’d change is the price.
Good point!
Im stuck between either this or Tite-Reach
I'm sold on the Milwaukee, but to be fair, I haven't tried a Tite-Reach.
@MarkThomasBuilder I ended up just buying the Insider after doing more research about Tite-Reach. I already had M12 batteries and a charger anyway lol
When’s livestream Mark Thomas
Sorry it didn't happen this week. Next Tuesday looks like a good option. Are you around then?
