Actually toby's biggest revenge was directing the episode in which micheal makes dwight take the fall for his major discount code
screwup and then dwight ends up getting direct appreciation from the CEO with the entire office supporting him.

Toby is a trooper enduring Michael as much as he did in the whole Office franchise until Dwight fired him in the final season. Despite the constant disrespect,despite the constant insults,despite the constant verbal abuse, Toby always had the best interest for people in The Office especially their mental health.
He never wanted to miss the chance to help people like he did for Michael and Dwight. Toby did say he was so forgiving and fourth coming to people because he was a priest which adds up and explains it all about Toby. Although I do wish Toby had more screen time and more knowledge about his life outside the office like his daughter and ex-wife or his girlfriend.

I think you're talking about the meeting regarding "fun" that Michael highlights the "mentaI" in the word "fundamentaI" and Toby corrects him highlighting the "fun" part of the word... Michael tell him to get out while Toby is already leaving saying "I know, I know..." lol

If he strangled Michael, he would be a number one suspect because of all the harassment and ill treatment from Michael. So Toby had to take it out on others. He probably went to strangle someone after he got kicked out of this meeting as he was heading towards the exit and not towards the annex.

I never really liked The Office before and didn’t watch too much of it, but these RUclips clips are showing me how awesome the show really is. Going to have to go back and watch from the beginning episode.

I liked it when it came out. I was in 10th grade and my English teacher would always say she didn't get it. She was confused by the whole documentary style of filming. Then for years after the show finished, you get college kids watching it on netflix. They think they are so intellectual for enjoying it lol. I tell them to go watch Seinfeld if they want to sit at the adults table.

I wrote a good reply and youtube didn't like it.. so I'll try to change some things since YT is super sensitive.
Had Michael been one of SS victim, Toby would have been a suspect bc of the way Michael always treated him. So instead, Toby had to take it out on others. Probably going to do his thing after being kicked out of the meeting as he was heading out the exit door and not towards the annex.

What would have made an epic plot twist is if it was revealed in the end that 'Toby' was actually the owner of the entire company playing a really long Undercover Boss.
