    Firstly, what a beast!!!!
    Secondly, his snatch technique is very, very interesting. Completely turns his arm into a steel rope and has it follow the longest arc possible.
    He knows what he's at so I'll give it a go.
    Again, what a beast. Really impressive guy!!!

    Михаил. а как дозировать нагрузку в ГС ? вот например я выложился в понедельник по ДЦ, во вторник у меня бег и ОФП со штангой, в среду-рывок-я должен легкий его делать или можно опять выложиться? четверг опять ОФП, пятница толчок, суббота воскресенье-выходные. иногда суббота-бег.или можно всю неделю выкладываться а следующую делать разгрузочную?

    • @kettlebellsport
      @kettlebellsport  7 лет назад +6

      Лучше заниматься гирями через день, а между тренировочными днями бегать. Но тут всё зависит от регулярности тренировок. Надо вработаться в режим и тогда циклы восстановления будут регулярными. Нагрузку нужно линейно увеличивать в течение недели, а в начале следующей лучше вернуться на шаг назад и так же раращивать нагрузку и интенсивность до конца следующей недели. Таким образом выстраивается своеобразная лестница - "три шага вперёд, один шаг назад". Тренировки с гирями три раза в неделю, бег три раза в неделю, один день - выходной. Проверено на практике - такая схема работает в большинстве случаев, практичски в любом возрасте :-)

      I guess it's just boring to watch if you are not "in" on it. Most other sports can be watched even if you have no clue how to play them and weightlifting i.e. always looks cool because they weights are so obviously heavy an the bars are bending, but if you never touched a kettlebell in your life you just can't appreciate how hard 161 Jerks with 2x32 in 10 minutes are so watching this fpr 10 minutes would just be really boring, let alone watching it for half a day

I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.

      Not entirely dude, if you look at his arms, upper back, and legs during his instructional videos...he's got some dense musculature. Pavel goes into depth in one of his books in regards to sarcoplasmic hypertophy versus myofibrillar hypertrophy; so the former being an increase in water retention within the cell I believe, and the latter being a density of the component cells. So if you took Denis and put him next to a bodybuilder, he would look way denser and his quality of musculature would look better...whereas the larger bodybuilder is in fact larger, yet the quality of his musculature will look soft and bloated.
