All-purpose flour 200 grams, 0:31
Baking powder 5 grams, 0:40
Salt 2 grams, 0:49
Thin white granular sugar 50 grams, 0:44
Butter(frozen) 50 grams, 0:53
Milk(cold) 90 grams, 1:20
Liquid egg(cold) 30 grams, 1:09
• Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat 200 degrees and bottom heat 180 degrees. Bake it for 15 mins in middle of oven.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。

Scone 整形后应该放入冰箱冷却后才烤。这样牛油有机会变回固体,烤出来的scone 才会更酥和高。
我是前天晚上把面团弄好,整形后放入冷冻,第二天直接拿出来烤当早饭。
面团里也可以放入淡奶油,坚果,巧克力豆,水果等。当然这种的scone 就不用配果酱了。绝对推荐你试试放入苹果和肉桂粉的苹果scone 。
除了你爸爸做成的圆形,也可以把面团弄成一个大圆形,再如切pizza 那样切成8或者12等分。这样就更方便简单。

很喜欢老爸的食光,剪辑具有男性特质,干净利落不拖泥带水👍为什么老爸做的司康饼不用折叠烤出来也会自己有开口分层呢,太奇妙了,另外,听说老爸是济南人,我外婆是烟台人,特别怀念外婆在我小的时候经常做的发面饼,很大很厚实的那种,表面是用刀划成菱形的,两面好像都用油烤成金黄色的,斯康的味道好像和这种发面饼味道类似,同样的配方,外婆在七夕节也会用模具做成小小的各种动物形状,不加油干烙,称之为巧果,可否请老爸出个视频里教我一下呢?谢谢了🙏
