The end of the velcro strap is tucked behind the backplate and has an additional plastic sheath to hold it snug, which makes it almost seem like it's fixed in place. The video really should point that out.
Just came searching for this answer, thank you, it is not in any videos and the manual is just a brick of paper. Overall the bcd seems good but I pray to god that I never need to adjust this cam band strap as this velcro end is a nightmare.
The hydros pro isn't made to take twins. It's a single tank setup. It's not a true backplate as such. It does come with some of the perks of a true backplate setup. If you want a twin setup you are better off buying a traditional backplate and wing setup.
Will a 2L pony bottle work? I'm looking into surface supplied air for a trip but still want a redundant air source and have been looking at this BC anyway so if it works with a small 2L pony bottle, i.e the 2l actually fits on properly on its own, then that what be perfect.

This video shouldn't exist, if you have to ask this, you're not certified lol. I love scubapro but seriously, someone paying $800-900 for a BC but doesn't know how to strap a tank.
@@MC-tm2uy BS. Super Cinch is the safest cylinder attachment out there, because although it's a little harder to swing over the cantilever design, once on, the cylinder will never fall out. Scubapro used to have an exclusive patent on it, but now the other manufacturers are copying it.

Perfect equipment
You should wear white shirt, the BCD itself cannot be seen clearly
MUKTI WILOPO I prefer to look like a ninja
Does it work with twin tanks as well?
Unfortunately, little information is available
Yeah I've been wondering the same thing.
I’m trying to find this out also

I can’t remove or adjust the velcro strap. Why?
I have managed to adjust the strap. In case, some of you might be wondering, you need to use a bit of force to pull it out.

Pony bottles are dangerous. Just use a normal tank….

Or that's not a lot of $ for some people and even tho they know how to strap a tank, it's just easier with the cam buckle

Ask yourself what scuba shop is going to require a certification to sell a top end product that makes for a nice selling day
@@AndresLeonRangel this is true, but it's unlikely the person would be in a diving scenario before cert. That's what I'm getting at.
@@Kirbythediveri understand. hopefully no. We might be very surprised of some people's foolishness.
