I love my Hydrospro with Mk 25 A700 regs, Air2 and air-integrated Teric for a minimalist, compact easy to travel combo. I have 4 dumps on the Hydros and have a Mako knife specific to this BCD. Love this set up every time I dive.
30 dives with mine and I love it so much! Got back from a liveaboard in the Bahamas recently and everyone kept commenting on how comfortable I look in it. It's also great for drysuit diving locally in the pacific northwest and I don't have to deal with the bruises from weight belt digging in ever again. I actually needed 2 pounds less with this BCD which was a pleasant surprise.
Hello..I really like to see your review, and thank you. May I ask you, that I will buy BCD, which one that you suggest for me to buy which have best performance, Apeks Black Ice or Scubapro Hydros pro. Thank you in advance.
ScubaPro.com has a good sizing chart. Based on your size, either a Medium or Large. I guess that would depend on how thick of wetsuit you plan on using.

The only reason I go for the scubapro is the tank strap.
Great jacket not tried without weight pockets yet but can only say having been a huge fan of Buddy Commando this is dare I say better 👍

How is it length wise and size? Would you say it's in the larger size, I am a very large man looking for bcd
@@simonclarent3742 size is as is
Hi. Thx for the video. Looks like a nice alternative to a harness. Is there a way to mount two cylinders?
Hi, Not sure. Never seen two mounted. Try asking Scubapro directly
Flugschüler Fluglehrer Purchased one recently. Manual states “designed for single cylinder use only”👍🏼
SET UP FOR DOUBLE SCUBA CYLINDERS (P/N 20.040.000) per the Hydros Pro user manual order the above part for doubles.
Hi Sir, greate review. Would you tell me what size of this BCD I shoud choose if my height is 176cm and weight is 82kg?
ScubaPro.com has a good sizing chart. Based on your size, either a Medium or Large. I guess that would depend on how thick of wetsuit you plan on using.
How tall are you, I am 6 ft but think mine may be too big. I bought the large. I weigh 178.
I'm also 6' and weigh about 13stone. I usually find the medium suits me well
@@Scubaverse Shoot. The Scuba Store sold me a large. I feel like it is a bit baggy. I have not taken the tags off, stuck on what to do.
I too am 6 ft and 13 and a half stone , I ordered the large ? According to the size chart thats the one I'm meant to get ?
@@Scubaverse can I ask how come you went with the medium? Great vid by the way
Just an update i got the Large and it fits perfectly the medium would have been too small.
