Just put in my order for this BCD today. So excited. I was surprised to see that the price at the SCUBA shop was about $200 cheaper than ordering from Amazon. So I'm glad I was able to support a local business and save some $. Win win.
I have had this BCD for like 5 years, Dry suit diving, warm water. I've done everything with it. Love it

I got this bcd and used it 3 days ago for the first time. I have to say great stability, nice fit (little hard material whit only a swimming short) ofcourse their are a lot cheaper BCD’s available. But in my opinion it is an amazing bcd, a lot of extra features for attaching extra pockets, knives or lights. Every attachment does come with a price but my opinion. TOP OF THE LINE!!

I came to do diving in the Philippines with this hydros prod BCD. Is nice but getting these accessories takes a long time. So i had to just use the pocket and attach a hook to it so it fits in the D-Ring. Good BCD. Expensive accessories
That light held on by two bungees at 1:35 just looks like it’s going to drop out as soon as you hit the water on a giant stride. Seems sketchy not to clip it off!
Anything not clipped off eventually gets lost. but if you have a clip on your torch the bungees can still be nice as they are closed off and you can secure it and clip (though for torches I prefer some bike tire and clipping them to the chest straps.)
the bungees are NOT good for lights. I have had two fall out (fortunately in quarry)
I think bungee to keep it in place clipped to a d ring would be fine
Is it possible to buy 1" D-clamps for the shoulder straps?
When will the accessories available in HK?
Food for thought, I wouldnt want my dsmb, flashlight, etc held with bungee cords. I think its only a matter of time and it will come out. Not a big deal depending on the dive, but if on a wall dive your nice expensive light could be gone into the abyss. I would use the d ring mount accessory and a bolt snap.
So far, no issues with mine.

I'd love to know what knife fits with this, as the Mako 32.023.000 sticks out too far and will get caught on the sleeve of your wetsuit and rip it?
I use a Scubapro White Tip knife. It comes with a mounting bracket that fits the Hydros Pro weight pockets
@@cryptotwt8597I know it’s been awhile since your comment. I just got the white tip and trying to attached the knife to the BC pocket. Can’t get the screws to go in. Any advice?

20 euros for the bungie cords is a joke, i mean seriously... the bcd is great but the addon prices are bullshit.

Bungees are no replacement for a clip sorry. At the cost of lights,knifes,hotdogs,lift bags, i want to know they are not going no where.
The attachment points on the back are not great for DSMB attachment...I would add a better option there for future models. The bungy cord mount is also not very good. You mount any accessory with a bolt snap and bungy combination. The bungy cords provided are not reliable enough. The left side air dump is not so easy to get to as well(the wing overlaps on top of the dump valve). I think the trim pockets sits a bit too high for me as well...I have light legs and heavy shoulders. I would prefer to have them a bit lower or have the ability to reposition them. Storing flash light and SMB are a real miss with this great BC. I do use pocket pants or S-Tek side pocket but an easy mount above or below the weight system would be better. I would consider a combination or a small D-ring and Velcro strap for a flash light and a better side mounted pocket for the SMB. I would also enlarge the top D-Rings by 50%. Too small for me.
Those features wont be that easy to do underwater
Forget this plastic shitshow and get yourselves a proper backplate/wing.
