Made it this weekend for myself and my father (95 Years old). The most flavourful, delicate sophisticated fish dish I have ever eaten. My father likes his fish dishes simple, but he was totally convinced by this one. What a great experience!

I ran this dish as a special when I was a chef in an Italian kitchen nobody in the dining room ever heard of monkfish they were afraid to try it the few people that ordered it loved it it's a great tasting fish and Gordon Ramsey recipe was delicious!

Actually, i must say Gordon's every cooking demonstration is stunning and amazing but ruined by the background music - it's too noisy and annoying. Gordon's voice is enough for me watching the clips.

Are monkfish good source of training your cooking? I mainly just focus with salmon because they're so easy to amass in a short time.

Sharks are diminishing by the numbers every day. Plus I don't have a high fishing to catch them. But I'll take it into consideration, assuming I get my < and cooking up in 2-3 months without spending so frivolously at GE.
