Goldshell Mini Doge Miner with Flashing Red Light and Solid Red Light

- I own a Goldshell Mini-Doge miner. I have been running this miner since beginning of Nov 2021. There were other issues I had, but this was the most complicated one. This video is based on my miner not being able to connect. The status of the light was a red flashing light at the top left and a solid red light next to the power supply connector on the bottom left. This video is to bypass the hard wire LAN (ethernet) cable connection and run it solely with WiFi. I tried to switch back to LAN (ethernet cable) in the settings, but whatever I do, it doesn't work. Just letting you guys know I am not an expert nor am I very skilled with troubleshooting, but this way worked for me. I did receive advice and help from Bella at Goldshell support, so you can contact them at hello@goldshell.com to let them know of your problems if this doesn't resolve it.
Thank you. Just got my miner running again thanks to your help.
Bro! Thank you so much for this video! Just saved me!
Love You! I was a little bit confused because i was mining in my earlier home through ethernet cable (and it worked 100%) and when I moved my miners unfortunatelly they have same issue as described by You. But Your resolution works. Thank You!
I was in agony for hours! Thank you! My router was not connecting to the miner for some reason.
Glad this video helps!
Haha totally agree I though I got sold a duff doge miner was about to contact the seller then found this tutorial an d solved!!!!!!!! Wasted an hour but save much more pain ahead!👏👏👏👏
Thanx for making this. My lil Doge went offline yesterday.. and an email alert told me about it. Well.. I was resetting my starlink router and the network cable from my doge got pulled out because the latch on the plug is missing.. so it went offline. So I found another cable to replace it with.
If this works bro, thank you! I’m going to try it tomorrow. I’ll let you know how it goes
Let me know. Good luck on that.
This was a much needed video , solved issue for me to, hats off!👏👏

This was a much needed video , solved issue for me to, hats off!👏👏
Thanks, i have two of them wired. In my case i had to restart switch (or the router in your case) and worked fine again
Glad that worked!
This was a much needed video , solved issue for me to, hats off!👏👏
Let me know. Good luck on that.
It worked out perfect mate, thanks for posting this video
Right on!!!! Hope this helps everyone out there.
I appreciate the help, but parts of this don't msakle sense. Not all Mini Doges have wifi, so that's gonna be a problem. If you can't access it thru the interface, you can't do anything with it.
I have low hash rates and they seem to be going offline. Do I need to reflash the miner?
I would give that a try first.
My miner went down a few weeks ago with different flashing lights. I'll post it once I get it figured out.
What if you havr a older miner and its not wifi.
I'm not sure if there is another option. Best is to contact Goldshell support and provide them your information to see if they can help you. They were responsive to a few of my questions. Took about 2-3 days for a response. Hope that helps.
Any luck? Mine keeps doing that as well it will run for a a couples and then do this crap
@@jswimordie459 ive had no luck. Still doesnt work.
