No worries about pausing, we have heard this before. For those who are upset, they can go listen to the entire song without a reaction. The rest of us are here for a reaction to the music we love.
Facts. Period 😂🎉.
thank you lol perfectly said.
No these reactors pause and talk too much!!
@@michaelasay8587 If that’s the way you feel, then don’t watch them. Personally, I want to hear their opinion aka as a reaction.
Agreed.
I just love it,when a young kid like yourself discovers Zeppelin. Your life is about to change forever. Enjoy ☘
there is a lot to discover, I'm 70 ys old, I was his age when all the greatest music ever made, was being made, I grew up with it, I danced to it, I went to concerts to watch it.. and it was only like 5 bucks for a ticket back in those days. Although I never saw Led Zeppelin Live, I did see Jefferson Airplane and Starship, Turtles, BTO, America, Aerosmith, Deep Purple, Frank Zappa, Skynyrd twice in 12 months, and many many more. Keep listening, kid.. there is a lot to go
Great reaction. I’m 68 now and watching reactions make me realize how lucky we were back in the day. We just assumed musicians would be good!
We had a fire hose of great music coming at us. I never thought that would end. Sadly, music today feels empty and without soul. AI? How could a computer ever replicate? Don't I want to be around for that.
53 and love reaction vids too. Especially from the younger generation
By gosh we were lucky growing up when we did. 70s had the best music
@@leannlaplante3643 totally agree.
You got that right!!!
Four guys doing their jobs impeccably. Zep is just next level. Thank you for a great reaction.
This song came out 52 years ago in 1971 and still stands the test of time.
It is one of the most iconic songs in the world. It is one of the most iconic bands in the world. You just can't find a bad song from this band period!
I was 16 when I first heard this song. 50 years ago. I haven’t been the same since.
The drummer is only the greatest blues/rock drummer ever!
also Robert Plant is best vocalist ever so..
Jimmy Paige!!!
Neal Peart may disagree and so do I.
@@MBGolferrolling stone has Bonham ranked higher than Neil. Seen them both live. Both great. And Neil can’t talk now. So who cares
@jbusley I have seen several other polls that have Neil as 1 and John 2. Every poll has them 1 and 2. I have seen both many times too. They are both great, but nobody will top Neil IMO.
There will never be as many great bands, singers, guitarists and drummers as from our era! All raw talent, no BS and so much emotion. So glad I grew up then, just sad it went by so fast!
Greatest rock band of all time, gods of rock, you need more Zeppelin in your life 😊
You can't leave JOURNEY OUT with STEVE PERRY'S VOICE
@ronhunt9396, Look into the future ' is one people miss, Perry was a new comer .
LEGEND🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Legends absolutely. But if they were gods Bonzo would have bodily risen from the dead by now like our Lord Jesus Christ.
Not only was Robert sick he was still recovering from surgery to have nodules removed from his vocal chords. Just for yourself listen to this live from 1973 also at MSG.
😊 So great to see a young person discovering this classic for the first time ❤❤❤❤❤
It's a testament to the brilliance of Led Zepelllin that in their most iconic song (out of dozens that are nothing short of sheer genius), they hold back on introducing the greatest drummer to ever draw breath until the second half of the song.
Heart does an amazing version of stairway to heaven LIVE at the Kennedy center. Talk about chills. That’s the song.
You need to listen to Heart’s version of this played in front of the surviving members of Led Zeppelin
The Madison square concert is brilliant, watch that when you have time😂 Led Zeppelin are THE GODS of rock, simple as that.❤🙏
Yeah msg their best live
Yes I love the version at MSG (1973) better too, this might have been around the time Plant had throat surgery.
This isn’t the best version. Robert Plant was sick. Still great though.
Led Zep are friken legends! Enjoy your Led Zep journey, you definitely won't regret it, all their songs are lit. And your right you can pause all you want ......but not during solos.
Led Zeppelin does not
plug in to amplifiers
Led Zeppelin
plugs in to your SOUL ❤
All the live versions are different but great! Plant is the best! Love them all!
One of my all time favorite bands. I'm 67 yrs old & this song brings back so many memories. Sitting in my friends bedroom, smoking weed and listening to some of best music ever created😊
Best band ever
Dude, you really want your mind blown? Watch a few of these live performances from the '70s, then go watch the live concert for Celebration Day in '07, where they reunited for one concert. There were 20 million tickets requests for 9,000 seats at the O2 arena. It'll blow your mind how good they sounded 30 years later (without drummer John Bonham, who had passed on, but his son Jason in his place). Great reaction!
Yes exactly what Kevin said.
Except that wasn't Led Zeppelin.
@@Reno_SlimHow much closer could you get? It was Bonzo's son. And they absolutely killed it.
I agree!! In my opinion it's the best version of Kashmir ever recorded.
I saw them live in Detroit in the 70s
Welcome to the Led Zeppelin rabbit hole. You will never get tired of this band and will continue to research, listen, and learn their music. Fantastic ride with this bands music and history.
When the levy breaks
Bring it on home
Tangerine
And many many more
Led Zeppelin are the GOAT ,,
There are so many great bands and I love them all, but for me, Led Zeppelin will always be THE band. I love watching young people discover them ❤❤❤.
The greatest damn band to do any damn thing!
Robert Plant and Freddie Mercury..2 of the greatest rock voices ever!!❤
Check out the tribute to LZ live at the Kennedy Center performed by Heart with the band members watching...simply amazing!!
THIS!!!!!!!
Absolutely, best live version ever!!!
The keyboard player John paul jones is playing bass at the same time with foot pedals. Always blows my mind.
I appreciate you being genuinely interested in all the music I grew up with. Amazing to watch your face in hearing them for the first time 😂❤️🥰
This is the greatest rock song ever made, I still remember the first time I heard it in 1983! I have the studio version etched in my brain, so as good as this is, I still rather the studio version. Despite the claims that it is overplayed, I still get the same feeling every I hear it! A masterpiece for sure!
I'm in the states.
They played this as the last song every single dance in high school . You knew it was your last chance to ask her to dance :)
This song done live at Madison Square Garden is a MUST SEE. Full stop.
Love your reaction and the appreciation you show, I mean we are talking Led Zeppelin, and the guitar king Jimmy Page.... Rock N Roll Gods!!! When the levee breaks, Im Gonna leave you, Quarter, Kashmir, Dazed & Confused...❤
Since I've been Loving You, MSG 73, a must see
Love Led Zeppelin. They are unmatched.
Pause as much as you want, you’re bloody well right it’s your channel.
ENJOY IT!
You ABSOLUTELY will have a different experience when you listen straight through; or to the entire ALBUM in one sitting.
Or live. (Often VASTLY different than a studio cut)
It’s all fantastic.
Enjoy it however.
You do you
👊🏻🫡
The amazement on your face as you watch the musicians I grew up with is awesome!
Stairway to Heaven is considered not just the best ROCK song ever written but it might be the best song EVER written...period. There were people in the 70's, mostly parents, that thought the band had sold their souls to the devil in return for being given this masterpiece (seriously!!). There were radio stations and record stores that refused to play or sell that song/album because they they didn't want their children to listen to it because they thought something bad might happen to them because they thought the song was cursed by the devil. Mainly southern states (highly religious region of America). I loved it when it came out, but I still think "Kashmir" is their best song.
PS They are fellow countrymen. They're Brits and they love writing songs about mythology. They are pretty epic on so many levels. Love that you love them.
Look up there greatest hits are all fabulous
OMG - You are in for a ride!!! Led Zeppelin is the very best band ever. Jimmy Page is a guitar god!! Yes, pick any song from Led Zeppelin - you can't go wrong!
I cry every time I hear this song. It speaks to my soul. Led Zeppelin are and forever will be the greatest rock band. Every song of theirs is unforgettable. Even their lesser known ones would have been a smash hit if it was by anyone else. Also they managed to change styles on every subsequent album whilst still staying yrue to the Zeppelin 'sound'. Loved your reaction too.
“Fool In The Rain”
It’s unreal.
The drum
Solo alone is legendary.
I understand the pausing, if this is the first time hearing Stairway to Heaven, my god!!!welcome down the rabbit hole of the best rock band ever 👍
Still the best concert I ever saw!
MollyBoy, You can't go wrong with ANY Zep song...seriously... there are no bad songs..they are the greatest band ever...just look at the views for any of there songs... You should try "You Shook Me" or "Dazed and Confused" or "The Lemon Song"....I could go on forever...lol. Nice reaction BTW.
Led Zeppelin the greats band the planet has ever seen ..Different Gravy..super Glad you have found genius enjoy yuor journey
So glad I grew up with this, gone are the days when you had to have real talent to make it !
More Led Zeppelin please. Thank you
If people are not watching for your reaction to the song, then they have chosen unwisely. That's the best part of these videos is seeing someone's first experience with a song. Helps remind you of when you first heard the song. Do you and don't listen to the haters, but if you have haters then you're doing something positive. 🤘👍
I love Led Zeppelin! They are really at the top of my fav bands ever! I think that Jimmy Page is an amazing and gifted musician who sings through his guitar and Robert Plant can sing like no other. I grew up listening to their music and sang all these songs as a little girl. I love them and always will. Be sure and listen to Kashmir, that's my fav song ever! Listen to the original Kashmir and then the live version from Celebration Day. It's phenomenal!!! Also, "The Song Remains the Same/The Rain Song", "Thank You", and all of them actually!! LOL
hi im 74 now and it still stirs my soul just like dire straits the singer robert plant and the drummer are from your part of the world so you should be proud and jimmy page is one one the great guitarist of all time even now he lookes like a rock god
I would have chosen the Madison Square Garden version, but that's fine 😉 Led Zeppelin are always great! ❤️
Robert Plant voice
Jimmy Page guitar
John Paul Jones bass and keyboard
John Bonham drums
This was the first performance that came up when I search Led Zeppelin. I'll definitely check out their Madison Square Garden version though! Thanks for watching!
@MollyBoyTV Understandable, people who requested this should have given you a link to a proper video..
Maybe next time, if no link is provided, pick the official video.
Then you know you'll have a decent video with decent music
Led Zeppelin Achilles last stand off the Presence album a must listen.
I was 10 the first time I heard this…I was so enthralled I told my mom “ play it again!” 😅 I got the album for my 11th birthday. 😎
Goosebumps all over....
Great reaction to a beautiful piece. But if you want the song that Led Zeppelin themselves said they think is their Masterpiece, check out, Led Zeppelin - Kashmir (live in Knebworth 1979). That is just a STUNNING performance that is a must see.
In my time of dying live at earls court is the best
Life was good back in the day my brother. Life is STILL GOOD but oh my the music we grew up with
Arguably the greatest rock song ever!
You Shook me by Led Zeppelin ❤
Gotta say on thing Youngblood, Smoke to get High not to Die… you won’t regret later!!!
You've got a good ear for spotting the scope of how a song is progressing.
You should watch some of Eric Clapton's live music especially the song called 'Old Love' the guitar solos are amazing, plus I guarantee that you'll know 2 of his songs called 'Layla' and 'Wonderful Tonight' but he's in the same league as Jimmy Page from Led Zeppelin but with different styles
Grand Funk Railroad - Inside, Looking out 1969 live... it will make your day
G.O.A.T. of all bands, everyone in the band was arguably the best in there profession.
I won't argue again the overall greatness of the band and Jimmy Page (that would just be crazy talk), but I must be honest and say that I haven't seen/heard a single live performance where I felt that Robert Plant did a decent job. Even when he sound's fine, he doesn't replicate the coolest moments of the studio versions. I'm all for embellishments and ad libs but only on top of the studio version's moments.
This live version is so perfect. Robert Plant's delivery is perfection. The instrumental arrangement is stellar.
If you want to see your channel blow up, do more Led Zeppelin. Those of us that grew up in the 60’s and 70’s are die hard fans, and Led Zeppelin is the greatest rock band ever. Start with their first album, first song and go from there. The word will spread that there’s a new reactor to Led Zeppelin. Led Heads are amazing fans. We have all gone down the rabbit hole of Led Zep. Good Luck! PS just subscribed - please, please do more Led Zeppelin 🔥
I'll definitely be doing more! Thanks for subscribing!
I agree. For those of us who grew up on LZ, it's just in our DNA. When we can watching someone younger who is experiencing them for the first time, it's such a joy for us. It's kind of like welcoming someone new into our crazy LZ fan base. It's sheer happiness for us.
I will subscribe to your channel if you start playing more Zeppelin, l'm one of the biggest "Led Head" still around 🤟🎶
Jimmy Page was already doing well in the business as a studio musician in the 1960s and played the guitar on studio recordings of all the bands known at the time. He then became solo guitarist with the then very successful Yardbirds and founded Led Zeppelin after their dissolution in 1968. In a very short time they became the biggest and most successful band of the late sixties and seventies. With John Bonham, who was still relatively unknown at the time, Page had brought one of the best drummers in rock history into his band. The 19-year-old Robert Plant, with his then unique singing style, was recommended to him by another singer. Unfortunately, Plant is a bit hoarse at this concert and doesn't do the loud part of Stairway to Heaven very well. Not to be forgotten is the humble John Paul Jones on bass and keyboards. Like Page, he was a studio musician in the 1960s and both knew each other from that time.
Led Zeppelin were a band that couldn't be defined stylistically. Her repertoire is enormous. From blues to folk to hard rock, you can find everything on their albums. They never repeated or copied themselves. Every song is different. Greetings from Germany
Jimmy in one of his dark wizard outfits...Robert in some sorta silk bathrobe for a shirt? Love it sooo much!
This is one of the most iconic songs ever made.. frontman Robert Plant is an amazing performer. 1975!! No autotune, no crazy production techniques no bullshit.. guitarist Jimmy Page is an nutcracking performer. This double neck guitar is awesome and is so difficult to play due to its size. The solo is a chapter for it self. Pure improvisation every time it’s played. Page could improvise his solo for several hours if not stopped.. this is amazing.
JPJ SOLO IS FROM ANOTHER PLANET HAIL TO LEGENDS OF ZEPPELIN
All of Led Zeppelin 1
Zeppelin Dazed and Confused
7-17-1977 in Seattle. It was an epic experience.
Local band to me, we once supplied some vans for them in the early 70s, Robert Plant the singer has a very distinctive voice, there is a vid of them at a do in usa receiving a lifetime achievement into the hall of fame, & the band Heart playing this very song, it bought tears to Robert Plants eyes, you really need to see and comment on that one.
Ignore the folks who don't like the comments. The whole purpose is to listen to you comment on the songs!! Forge ahead!! :)
Pause the video whenever you feel like it. I stumbled on these videos of young people. Watching these classic rock songs for the first time. And it's like I get to hear them for the first time myself all over again. And I get to enjoy them through. Your eyes. I want to hear what you're thinking at the time. We can always go back and hopefully well and listen to this again. And again, but the first time you're hearing it, it's very special and I hope you just feel free to keep doing what you're doing.
I have someone in my family with a couple of million followers in another country.
She gets thousands and thousands of complements. And allows a few people who are twisted to rob her of her peace of mind, even though she's giving so much of herself.
You do you man
We'll keep tuning in
I think you said this song is building, great point. Jimmy Page described this as accelerating without racing
Love Led Zeppelin ❤ I was 10! My oldest brother is a huge music fan! He exposed me to all kinds of music! Thanks to him ❤

As far as background goes, I can tell you that the drummer is John Bonham…. He passed away very young….. his child then took over drumming for the band….
