Well you know that's just like your opinion, man... but if I would rank the albums today, it probably would be higher for me, but still not top 3. But what I can say is, that "A Song For Europe" has always been and always will be one of my favourite roxy music songs....
There doesn’t seem to be any real consensus on what’s their best album or material or era. You could have them in just about any era and no one would get too up in arms! 1. Manifesto (1979) 2. For Your Pleasure, Country Life and Stranded are my top three. I also think the track Manifesto is brilliant.

I could have mentioned hundreds of bands that were influenced by them. I went with the ones I like most... but of course, you're right
