Im running 14 3S 11.1v 60c (21s 88.2v max) Lipo's thru two 3000 watt my1020 motors and two ebay 72v 80amp controllers in my go kart build. I was wondering why more people are not going 77.7v, 88.2v or 96v especially on the bigger controllers. Nice vid
I would recommend more or bigger if you can. It was good for the time I used it. I moved on to a sabvoton, and now there are 2200W 45A sabvoton. packs a better punch and smoother too with pure sign wave.
Well...I got a Euro style scooter+sidecar combo from the same place that your brushless controller was made at. I plan to juice it up and use it for a grocery getter. I just hope it doesn't cause me to crash because of poor welds to the chassis or something 🤣. It's made in Guangzhou I believe.
Alireza iesanejad speed depends on your voltage. If you get voltage sag you get less speed (get a bigger battery) unfortunately I didn’t check my top speed :( I was running 22s 5p 26650 5000mah cells giving me 92.4v fully charged and fully capable of delivering the 50a to the controller.

@@smartazz Give it a shot! I was told folks just upgrade the caps to nice 100v units and squeeze and solder the shunts. I have 3 120v lith packs from my mower I was wanting to try.
Still have my Sabvoton 72 volt controller hooked up to my 3000 watt hub motor.............run great. Trouble free
I have a Gotrax GXL with a 72 volt controller and 80 volt battery...........the torque is insane
Can I use a 96v 1500w controller on a 1000w hub motor or will it damage it?
It will work but for how long ??

Lower voltage is safer :) and higher is less safe, that’s all I can think of lol
3rd speed gets 10% than at full speed?
It’s difficult to say tbh. Usually it’s 50% 75% then 100% or as the manufacturer will say 110%
@@smartazz Better to go 110% if that is one gear lol
How much current peak do you see on your display. Is that 50A enough?

Wow that ace. Be careful :)

Hi I got the same controller 60a but rated for 1500w to 2000w can I use it with 3000w hub or not
Yes you can :)
@@smartazz will I get less power and speed with the 2000w 60a controller and 3000w motor or it same as 1500w motor if the winding is same?
Alireza iesanejad it will be slightly different if the winding is different but the speed and acceleration should stay the same I would think.
Hi how much current do you max see on your display

I don't have 5 Volt at hall red wire , only 100 mV anybody ever fixed this kind of problem? The make is a Sodial.

Anyone pushing 100+v through these?
I could try it lol 😂 a fully charged 24s Lithium is 100.8v
I think it has 100v caps so I wouldn’t go over that
