Amazing video! You might be the pro who could give me a tip ... I have a Razor E Prime III scooter, its controller has gone bad, I bought a generic controller to replace it. The battery pack has an XT-60 connector output (P+ and P-) and a charging connector (C+ and C-), both were connected to the original controller. The replacement controller does not have a charging input (from the wall charger) and charging output to the battery pack, so I have to connect the battery pack charging connector directly to the wall charger connector. Now no matter what the battery pack just does not output power to the new controller, the voltage across the XT-60 reads 0. It reads the full 42 V (charged for a 36 V battery pack) across the positive wire from XT-60 to the negative charging wire from the battery pack (P+ & C-), so I know the battery pack is still good. I searched all over the internet without any luck about how to fix this problem. Plugging in the charger to charge does not wake up the BMS to output power. There are sayings on the internet about shorting B- (which I don't have access to without opening the battery pack) to P- to wake it up. Since the original controller was connected to C+ and C-, if anything, the controller must have shorted C- and P- to turn on the BMS's output somehow, so I tried that but still having no success. Could you offer any tips on this? Many thanks!

Soi bought another controller and throttle and it was a 3 mode sine and I had all the wires I needed to plug into it to activate it. It started slowly spinning the back wheels and then itshotup in speed and I knocked it off the bike and again interrupted the pairing mode. On bothe try’s I set the circuit up again and nothing happened at all. The battery unplugged test showed 57 volts. But when I plugged it back in to test the positive and negative it only shows 20 something. It’s like the battery ant give its full power to the motor or controller side. Someone on the web mentioned motor lock?? Can u help me please I will gladly pay you for your time
In thr title you have the REVERSE wire, but nothing in the video.
The DC pin is for witch function ???

Hi.
Great video!!
I love to do these kind of modifications!
Question please...do you know if the symbols letters are always the same ones? I mean DC for electronic brake, k2 for high speed, etc...
Thank you so much!
Very good video sir

I have a 36v/48v controller, there no break light connecting wire... please help me to find
Best mods to a jp 67.2v controller I think would be to bypass the LV shutoff I can detect when to stop and charge scooter also the automatic brake I want it completely off the jp does not allow that in settings it brakes instead of roll freely or regeneration into battery must have been off the menu and want to know if shunt is a good idea I’m curious but don’t want failure i’ll recommend them with the electric brakes to cut the wires. Trust me you should be able to apply the brakes with feel rather than wide-open stop.
Thank you for this video. It was quite good, but your video does not show clearly where you're connecting for higher speed, 120%. The other thing I'd like to know is whether the speed can be taken up to about 140%. Thank you.
@Will Swift Because, Top speed is not fixed. It varies according to design. So, if a particular design is underated, and if better methods are employed, above 100% is possible.
K2 pinout
Hello. I bought an Yume M11 electric scooter. The scooter came with the rear light broken (the red diffuser ) and because was mounted on the rear fender after a while broke completely. Yume sent me a replacement but now I have no brake light. I changed the connectors and the led's are working either 2 either 3 from 5 total which 3 I presume should be for the brake light. I understood that the controller has a low and a high brake wire. Is the high 12V? I will mount a separate brake light but I see other connectors with only 1 wire. It means the wire is only +? If yes which one. And the ground is common with other ground wire? Please help me. [Smile]
