@@ycmgxekwa I struggle to get them tbh. The only source is harvest them from faulty units and capacity test them.

I wasn’t happy with how the grade B cell was swelling and I thought the foam would help spread the load. I do have grade A cells with no swelling and I just used the Fiberboard with that and it looked nice and flush.

If you replace battery and keep original BMS it might say recalibrate health in settings if your lucky.

Hi thanks for watching. You will need the original type of display for it to work again. If not available you will need to replace the inverter that’s in the wheel and do what I have done. Good luck

If done before iOS 17.4.1 then your battery health will stay reset.

It’s very good and economical and I can say I don’t even notice it running on my digital meter . Unlike the solis 3000 that seems to drain the battery even if you’re not using any power and I noticed a 10-50w power draw at night with a flat battery.

So the phone will work if you remove it but the health will be at the old level. The new video I just posted will show how to reset the battery health without the repair cable ;)

I have a video coming out about it in detail soon. Keep the original BMS and reset it to 100% (no need tag on or any extra flex :)

The board powers the phone with the connecting cable when the battery is connected with the board. My other battery is the spot welder battery.

@@Lyngvegen10b will only work if iOS is 17.3 or less 17.4.1 will not reset the health. They are on AliExpress

@@smartazz You still can. If you do the same repair as you did in this video and later on do a flash with 3utools to 17.4 and pressing "restore battery health"

For doing this particular job right now this is the best tool to do it.

@@MrRawUK you still need to keep the original BMS and you can click it in to place on the new HACK battery then restore the phone with software and select fix battery health.

What happened with this BMS was that a friend made some changes to those levels and he doesn't remember the password he put on my BMS and now it only has level 1 and I can't make changes. I can't find how to do a factory reset this BMS

Only level 1 with 00000000 works for me. 8 of them
