Smt1’s Ruins will always be my favourite / the best as it’s equal parts haunting and otherworldly, and calming and pleasant, like you’re lost but not in any danger anymore
It would be so great if they added a boss battle in Nocturne HD where Demifiend battles Serph, Argilla, and Gale. Just to come full circle with that legendary demi-fiend battle in DDS1
Very cool stuff. Though it still reminds me of how Devil summoner 1 still hasn't been translated and probably never will. Hope Atlus will do something about P1's 25th anniversary next year. They already missed out on P2EP's 20th anniversary weeks ago
So, I have this ... theory. I think I know why ATLUS went silent for at least three years after the reveal trailer shown in 2017. What if the reason for being silent about SMT V with no further information and keeping us in the dark they were working on SMT III: Nocturne HD Remastered AND SMT V ... at the same time - and wanted to make this special with the simultaneous release? It could explain why none of us had heard anything all this time, until now.
Honestly I feel like Atlus did the mistake of announcing SMTV too early, like they have done with many games. They also went dark for so long because they wanted a worldwide release on the game. Nocturne isn't getting a worldwide release as far as I know. It'll come in Japan in 2020 and everywhere else in 2021, while 5 will be everywhere in 2021.
@@voidlooksback I agree with you on them making the mistake of announcing it too early. What they could have done was make some trailers to keep us informed. Either that, or release the HD Remaster of Nocturne to keep us occupied for the time being so that Nocturne will take our minds off of V, and then when V does come out ... it will not make us feel like they canceled the game without saying anything or that they put it off to focus more on making Persona 5 Royal and Persona 5 Scramble Strikers. In that ending, the fact that the phase meter of Kagatsuchi shows as DEAD, which Lucifer said "THE GOD YOU WORSHIP IS DEAD." Uh, wait a minute. If I am not mistaken, when Hikawa brought about the Concept and the world became the Vortex World ... every living human outside of the Shinjuku Hospital died and became Souls.
