Lucas, thank you! Great help, just like your Science of Stretching program. It's just this funny thing that 10 minutes/day here, 15 minutes/day there, and I'll be doing all these great exercises half my workday, Which is the best thing that can happen to a forty-ish guy doing a sedentary work. Rock and Roll! Thank you!

Extremely helpful. I appreciated learning to do the muscle massages for less time. It has always been too intense for me and I have stopped doing it. So excited to allow myself to play around with them again and know I can still get benefits with just a minute or two. Thanks!

I find rowing painfully dull, but wow, yes, it's really exceptional for building posterior chain strength (waist up). I will typically row just 2K meters x2 per week.

Sorry, but I find the windshield wipers confusing. First, the camera pulls in too close during some of it and I can’t see how your hands are rotated. It seems to me that the real key for this is rotating hands so that’s unfortunate. Also, it doesn’t do any good to tell most people to rotate their hands “medially.“ It’s much simpler if you simply say humb pointing to the front or thumb pointing to the back. I am very unclear on how my lower hand is supposed to face. It seems as though both palms should face outward, so in the top the thumb is facing forward, and the bottom one ir is facing backward, but I don’t get that from your video, it would be great if you could clarify it here in the comments. I watched a number of your videos, and this is the first one that is even a little bit unclear, so props to you for generally providing exercises that the average person can understand.

Hello Susan - sorry for the confusion. Top hand / shoulder rotates outward, bottom hand, inward. Keep going!

I'm confused on windshield wiper twist because the video cuts off his hands I can't tell what directions he's rotating his arms.
