Hi, seen many of your videos, always very useful. I have bursitis on my right shoulder, what is the absolute best way that I could possibly get rid of it, thanks?
You are a great teacher, Lucas; your descriptions are so clear and precise. I have definitely found going slow is the key for me. Thanks for all the great information and exercises 🙏
This guy is a god. Thank you so much. My left shoulder has been giving me problems to the point where I became irritable all the time. These exercises are wonderful.
Lucas, thank you! Great help, just like your Science of Stretching program. It's just this funny thing that 10 minutes/day here, 15 minutes/day there, and I'll be doing all these great exercises half my workday, Which is the best thing that can happen to a forty-ish guy doing a sedentary work. Rock and Roll! Thank you!
Extremely helpful. I appreciated learning to do the muscle massages for less time. It has always been too intense for me and I have stopped doing it. So excited to allow myself to play around with them again and know I can still get benefits with just a minute or two. Thanks!
Happy New Year Lucas!!! I wish you the best. I started my year watching your videos. They are of excellent quality and content. I hope your viewers benefit from them as I do. I am also curious to know when you use the little wooden stool stashed in the backround. Thank you for keeping me limber and strong! Blessings tou you and your family. 🎉
Hello Lucas, great exercises! Do you have video on how to balance the two sides when there is difference between them? Like one hip lower than the other etc. Many thanks
Thanks this was very helpful. As I was doing the overhead and internally rotating my arm, my actual shoulder/deltoid was really painful. I’m guessing there are other muscles that need work.
I find rowing painfully dull, but wow, yes, it's really exceptional for building posterior chain strength (waist up). I will typically row just 2K meters x2 per week.
hi Lucas, Thanks for these, they are amazing! Question (sorry if too basic): Is there any downside to doing these many times per day or doing more reps? Thanks!
Sorry, but I find the windshield wipers confusing. First, the camera pulls in too close during some of it and I can’t see how your hands are rotated. It seems to me that the real key for this is rotating hands so that’s unfortunate. Also, it doesn’t do any good to tell most people to rotate their hands “medially.“ It’s much simpler if you simply say humb pointing to the front or thumb pointing to the back. I am very unclear on how my lower hand is supposed to face. It seems as though both palms should face outward, so in the top the thumb is facing forward, and the bottom one ir is facing backward, but I don’t get that from your video, it would be great if you could clarify it here in the comments. I watched a number of your videos, and this is the first one that is even a little bit unclear, so props to you for generally providing exercises that the average person can understand.

What are the downsides of too much rolling / self massage?
Well, I guess I can cancel my chiro appt. The knot and the tension headache from the knot have both diminished! Thank you.
Expert in this kind of pain… find this video clear, well explained, and the exercises effective. Thanks!

Thanks for this great video! Shouldn't we do the strengthening exercises firts?
Hello Peter - for deep stretching (SoS) that's true, for these range of motion exercises, before/after both ok!
Thanks this was very helpful. As I was doing the overhead and internally rotating my arm, my actual shoulder/deltoid was really painful. I’m guessing there are other muscles that need work.
Hi Brigit - be gentle but keep going!
Are the last exercises that need important equipment? I don't do them. I don't have equipment❤❤
Thank
Thank you!! Lucas - would a rowing machine help with scapular strength?
I find rowing painfully dull, but wow, yes, it's really exceptional for building posterior chain strength (waist up). I will typically row just 2K meters x2 per week.
What if you have an impingement or how can you stretch suprainfranatus n the other infranatus.

Hello Susan - sorry for the confusion. Top hand / shoulder rotates outward, bottom hand, inward. Keep going!
@@YOGABODY.Official Thanks, Lucas!
Idk if this has been said before but whenever I see his videos I’m immediately reminded of the president of the Ukrain 😬
I'm confused on windshield wiper twist because the video cuts off his hands I can't tell what directions he's rotating his arms.
