    What if nepotism or personal issues give rise to retaliation?
    What if your employer ignores your sexual harassment claim because they just don’t like you?

      The sexual harassment and retaliation claim that flow from it would still be viable claims.

      Next time, wear a hidden camera on you, document everything, you can notify HR about any protected class etc you are before they ever try to terminate you, they also play politics too.
      File and document incident reports.
      Private employers and harasser will try to spin the thing on you and blame you lie about everything they only care about protecting themselves and their family.
      They might terminate your agressor on "performance" issues so he can get unemployment benifits.
      Their game will be to blame you, and cherry pick the story.

    So i was terminated for allegedly non-performance for 45 minutes when there was a lack of work. The three other individuals was issued a suspension for the same reason. Would anyone consider that wrongful termination?

      Consider it a blessing in disguise 🥸 you will more than likely get unemployment benefits until you can get another job elsewhere! If you're not 🚫 eligible for recall you will have too apply for 3 or 4 different job positions a week too receive your unemployment benefits! If are a seasonal worker you and eligible for recall you will still have too open up your claim and or start a new claim for unemployment benefits and then get your waiting week going and then after that you will receive your unemployment benefits until it ends and or you open up a new claim the following year if you get laid off regardless of where you work for whatever reason you may get laid off!!!!

    I been reading reviews on my lawyers and I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews saying my lawyer is a crook and liar, and I was wondering, How can I fire my lawyer without him getting a Dime of my money. It took me months to get him to talk with me and it shouldn’t be that hard.. I just sent an text message to my lawyer of some of my concerns I have.. Maybe It’s assumptions in my mind but better safe than not. I saw google reviews of him miss handling cases..

    If your already in a protected class. " already having a claim pending" and you file another for retaliation etc. Would you already be in a protected class since you already have a claim for discrimination and not need to file another claim for discrimination? Im in lieu of thinking that you have like a 6 month to a year for the protected to be deemed in affect?

It made "supplemental pleadings" come to mind, and I can only recollect Vince discussing them in passing, not an entire video, although I may be wrong. But supplemental pleadings wrapped into your inquiry would prove quite informative if he launches a video about that.

    Even if I "broke company rule" so did my manager and the other co worker, my manager was fired, she failed to provide reasonable accomadation, and she was an enabler for a toxic co worker with robbery priors whom never even had a guard card at all and was constantly trying to swindle
    me for money he targeted me for my military status and i had autism told HR about it too, rumor told me manager was fired after for whatever reason.
    If i could i would tell that manager fuck you to her face as well.
    I been extorted before, they threatened me with that "dishonorable discharge" bs probably 100 times, it dont scare me.
    If I get fired or arrested I dont give a fuck, I was taught in my family to never let someone try to get money from me even if private employers allow it to happen.
