  • Workplace discrimination is still with us. Often times discrimination is not as blatant or obvious as you might think. You may think you have a case but it can be very scary, especially for someone in a low paying position. Going out in to the unknown and bringing your case to court will never be easy.
    I visited with employment attorney Brian Noland of James and Noland in Kansas City who specializes in workplace discrimination cases. We talked about taking your case to court, how long it will take and how you can get through it.

    Great info im a black woman, the only black woman amongst Hispanic men/women & I assumed because we were all minorities that my job would amicable. And that is not the case. They assume because I am not hispanic that I dont know what they’re talking about that they can tlk crap about me and it’s frustrating

    Is unlawfully terminate one employee who give service to one institution and that if the person is not the employer?

    Question. If I have a claim in at the EEOC level and I have been fired. Then the job say that I can be re-hired. I go through the process to be hired but the hub where I work would call the hub where I was to be hired and inform them not to hire me. What can be done about this ?

    How about Amazon discriminating now against whites and blacks... But favoring Muslim, Hispanics, and people from India... That's what's going on now, if you are white or black you're at the bottom of the list.
    For instance you have to make rate and those walls that are packed with items to make a really good rate are going to everybody but whites and blacks.
    And you can't say nothing because all you hear is "White's can't be discriminated against, what are talking about"?
    Well I'm talking about the fact that when I came back from lunch I was scheduled on a station along with a bunch of other people, different races and all the sudden I turn my head and everybody's gone and all you see is Hispanic Hispanic Hispanic Hispanic Hispanic Hispanic I'm the only white one left and boom I get knocked off that station so what do I say to my manager is " did you just see what he just did" I'm referencing the process assistant by the way and my managers reply was " yes I told him to stop doing that". She's talking about the racist process assistant
    It was the packed wall, the only packed wall in the place at the time in my department. The system puts people in certain spots and the process assistance goes in there and puts whoever they want on that line.
    So I got kicked off and a bunch of other people got kicked off so he can put nothing but Hispanics on that line.
    I don't know you tell me is that a form of discrimination?
