Most of us get 100,200,300 in 4-6 sets. (some even 3 sets) but takes anywhere between 15-25 minutes. If you add in a 1/4 mile run after each cycle of pull, push, situps then it is a bit longer.

Well- our workouts are FREE as part of the Heroes of Tomorrow program I run. Cannot argue with that price! Contact them and see when they workout and ask if you can join them. TBD means they are flexible

both KBs and DBs were 30 lbs - most of the guys got their numbers in 5 sets. We had 2 that got 100 / 200 / 300 in 3 sets but did 2 min for situps vs 1 min

Hey, I just found your channel this weekend, and it looks like great training! What's the average time it takes to complete this particular workout? You said they took an average of 5 sets, and I can't do 20 pullups per set, but what's their average time?

Gosh, that's just incredible. Guess it's safe to say pull ups are his strength, hah. 35 each set on average for 5 sets... that's crazy. 1-2 minutes rest between each set, too? Did he use your pull up push program by chance?
