tbh, this old-style video is a lot more trusting than some goof with modern film techniques. When you feel like you aren't being lied to, it's a lot easier to follow along with what the person is teaching you.

Calisthenics is all it is! 👍😏 Not the fact it's a Stew Smith/Navy Seal workout but the fact is all the exercises he is talking about are bodyweight exercises!

Simple and effective, we used to do all this workout in schools and gym in my country (Algeria) (not the same rep and rythm though lol) and then RUclips came and we thought that it's old stuff specially with hiit and fitness bullshit, now I'm really regretting that I stopped this kind of workouts
Since this video was made, we have found dynamic stretching to be better pre-workout than static stretching which is shown in this video. I'm guessing this was made early 90's. Science and exercise physiology has come a long way since then.
To many people make Fitness seem complex, its not consistency is Key, Look at SPARTANS, GLATIDATORS, SEALS all use body weight were extremally healthy. So it is good to do variation of pushups. Thats crazy because i do regular ones then wide ones and do diamond push ups last and then Hindu pushups , almost the same as in the video
I don't know exactly, but *very* high reps I think (hundreds). Personnally, I set myself a rep goal and I do it without worrying about the time it takes me. I take breaks if necessary.

True. We have to be careful about the information shown in this video.
