Let me know what you think of this awesome puzzle and please tell me if you would like me to do more large piece count puzzles. Which ones would you love to see me do? thanks for watching! 😍
Way to go!! This puzzle has been quite the adventure. I am so glad you came through the battle of the all encompassing curtains, the case of the thieving felines, and the two bag whirlpool of doom unscathed! You are a delight to watch. Love the commentary and felt your joy at the end as the last piece found its home. Well done!
Two bag whirlpool of doom! 😆 I like that. Thank you so much for watching these videos - I’m so glad you like them and took joy from them. I really was elated when the last piece went in. It was the first giant puzzle I’d ever done so it felt like a real achievement. Then again, they all do!
It made me really smile to see your reaction to the completed puzzle! I also have two cats here - in a month at least two more (ultrasound might hide some, so possibly even five) - and I totally can understand this "oh a cat ate a couple of pieces"-situation. One reason why I'm watching so many of these videos now is to figure out whether I would actually be able to build with cats around me. Anyway, I know it was a year ago, but still, congratulations for finishing this one, it was very nice to follow!
I was so overjoyed to finish this one! It really felt like a huge achievement, so thank you - i’m glad you observed my genuine joy at that moment 😍 I now only have the one cat, so it’s easier to manage. I also now live in a place where I can lock him out if I need to, so I can rest a little easier on that score.
Hi Vicky, I just subscribed to your channel. I love your puzzle videos, especially how you explain everything clearly. I have this puzzle and have started to sort the individual bags. I have collected about 60 puzzles ranging from 500 to 13200 pieces and I tend to do my sorting when I receive them and put the piles in labeled ziplock bags back in the box so that when I feel like I want to do the puzzle, it is already sorted and I can just dive straight in. Thanks for sharing your experiences. The videos are invaluable regarding what to look for when sorting. Like you, it's not my favourite part, however, the more time spent sorting properly, the less time wasted putting together and enjoying the build.
Hi, Vicky! I cannot remember when I subscribed to your channel. This morning when I woke up, I decided to write to you to let you know that I cannot stop watching the videos on and on, again, recently. (This time I do “thumb up / like” the ones those I forgot to leave a like.) I have asked myself what attracts me in your videos the most and have come to a conclusion that it was not one. (Three, it was!) 1) The puzzles you choose are parallel to my like. I am so fond to see them and them being put together and finally completed. 2) The background melodies you use. Whatever waves they are sending (alpha, beta, gamma, etc.) they have kind of an ASMR affect on me :) 3) The soothing tone of your voice. (I have to confess that I sometimes just listen to the videos I have already watched, eyes closed. So relaxing!) Thanks very much for shooting these videos and sharing them. A puzzler would know the frustration and the satisfaction while piecing the puzzle together. So I am so sure that it is as fun for others to watch these as you progress through the puzzling process to the finished picture. Sincerely.
Hi! Sometimes I’m overwhelmed by the kindness people show me in their comments. 😍 Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know the things you enjoy in my videos. Not only is it a boost to my confidence, but it helps me to figure out what I should do more of in future videos😃 I try to mix up my music choices, but I do have a bunch of favourites that I come back to periodically so it’s good to know you like that. I never would have guessed that anyone would find my voice soothing 😊 thank you again for your comment. What puzzle are you working on just now? 😃
Really enjoyed watching your series of creating this puzzle. I also got some tips that have helped me…the importance of sorting really hit home. I will continue to watch you do puzzles and I would love to see you do a 3D jigsaw. I bought my first one (1000 pieces). It’s a Charles Fazzino (artist). I really hope you get to do the Star Wars….that would be awesome!!!
Thanks so much - I’m really glad you enjoy my channel and that you’ll stick around to see me do more jigsaws - there are so many I want to do 😍 the Star Wars puzzle is my dream puzzle, but very hard to get , but I’ll keep trying 😁 I also would like to have a go at a 3D puzzle, there are some 3D Harry Potter puzzles I’d love to try. Watch this space 😍🧩
@@Vickymakesandbuilds Hello love ,as soon as I finished doing the 6;000 DISNEY Gala.I have watched you doing Disney Orchestra and will follow all your tips especially leaving the red curtain till last to do. I tell my friends it will be easier to do the 13’000 jigsaw than the 6,000 because the 13,200 comes in 6 bags. I still find pieces from the 6,000 in wrong piles .
Thank you! This was the first large puzzle I did, so the curtains came as a bit of a shock to be honest. By the time I reached the second one though, I was prepared for it and it wasn’t so bad 😍
Hi Vicky - I realize this Video is almost 3 years old nevertheless , since this is the one Video Series which hocked me up to your channel I figured that I leave a comment here. Loved this series - so much that I had to get this puzzle from my local store ... I like the motive very much and also that it comes in bags of 2200 pieces... I have already many big puzzles at home - working on the 40320 Disney at the moment - which will take me forever to do (I am a slow Evening-Puzzler, 4000 pieces take 70hours in my hand 🙈🙈), thus a big puzzle with 'smaller' bags of 2000 will be lovely to do in-between the other biggies... For me it's not about doing 9000 or 13000 or even more pieces in one go. I simply like the end-result also when doing it in small portions ... Love you channel, the diversity on your channel from small to big and bigger Puzzles and am screening trough all your videos from back in time to today... love the content very much and the way you present in. Happy follower... Claudia
Hi Claudia! Thank you so much for your lovely comment and for watching my older videos as well as new. This puzzle will forever have a special place in my heart. I have nothing but happy memories building it - even the red curtain! 😍 I can’t wait to do the 40k Disney, it’s such a beautiful puzzle! I agree - I like the challenge of mixing sometimes, but I equally enjoy section building - as you say, it’s the end result that brings the real BIG puzzle joy! Thank you for your feedback, I’m glad you love the variety and the presentation ❤️
After going at it section by section - with a few month break due to exams - I too completed this puzzle the other day! It really is such a marvel to look at :)
Thanks! I will plan a video on that, I will need to think about how to structure it as puzzling was one of many creative things I enjoyed as a child. Much of what I did and enjoyed doing was influenced by my family as I tended to puzzle with them or play games with them etc. also my brain seems to be wired to do puzzles. I could also talk about what got the channel started too…hmmm - lots to think about - thanks for the suggestion! X
I hope you do! The nice thing about this one is that it come in 2k sections so if you build it like that, it doesn’t seem like such a jump from 1000 pieces - and they look so good once they are finished! 😃
Thank you for sharing with us your amazing journey with this Clementoni’s 13200 bigjig. It really is a beautiful and colourful puzzle. Looking forward to seeing you putting together the Trefl’s 6000-piece puzzle. I have both Trefl and Educa’s Entering the Room in my wishlist as well. I am wondering if Trefl’s quality is similar to that of Castorland’s, since both of them are Polish companies. You can explore and try Castorland’s puzzle as well. Very vivid color. The largest piececount that they have is 4000.
Thank you! I’m so glad you have enjoyed it - it’s been brilliant for me as well. The Venice Sunset 6000 piece is actually a Clementoni puzzle - I can’t wait to do it. I don’t believe I’ve done a Trefl puzzle yet. Not sure about Castorland, I think I may have done one of theirs when I was younger - I’d happily try one 4000 or smaller, or bigger, I don’t mind - think I’ve got a large puzzle obsession now! Thanks again for joining me on the journey 😊
Hi! Thanks, this one is my favourite to date 😍 I haven’t torn down any of my big ones yet, I have them taped and in boxes. I would like to wall mount this one and my Venice Sunset one, but the 9k Disney Museum is going to my sister for her wall 😃
Fantastic! Looks brilliant WELL DONE I am doing Educa World Map 4000 puzzle. My first Educa and I have to say I much prefer Ravensburger. I’m nearly finished and I’m noticing that a lot of pieces seem to look right but are not quite which means I have wrong ones all over the puzzle I need to find and swap aaargh! Think they must cut each 1000 the same way, at least Ravensburger aren’t done like that. What are your thoughts on each company?
Educa definitely do have repeat piece shape patterns. Wildlife, the 33k that I’m doing by them has, and sometimes that actually helps when putting it together - but you do have to be careful that a piece that is the exact same shape doesn’t go in the wrong spot; that can be tricky if the piece is similar in colour or texture. I love both Ravensburger and Educa puzzles, and I have been tripped up by repeat patterns in Ravensburgers too, but only in their 9000 piece Disney Museum. I suspect other larger Ravensburgers might present similar issues, but I think that is the case with most giant puzzle brands 😊
I just got the Ravensburger Space puzzle. I bought it on Amazon about a week or so ago . Planning on starting it after I finish the Ravensburger 9000 piece Underwater Paradise. So probably in about a month or so.
Awesome Job on the puzzle I Wish I Could do something like this. . In part 3 of the video, you mentioned a Facebook jigsaw puzzle group . Can you share with me the name of the group. I’m looking for a Norman Rockwell puzzle I’m thinking that they might be able to help
Thank you! I can’t remember which group I mention, I am a member of a few puzzle groups, but I think it might have been ‘Piles of Pieces’ - they are a group for puzzles that are 3000 pieces and up. I hope you find the one you’re looking for! 😍

I have already finished this jigsaw puzzle and one piece from bag C is missing. I was searching it everywhere but I didn't found it. I wrote to Clementoni but they said that they didn't have these jigsaw in store. I don't know what to do. I wanted to see the full image do much.
Oh no! That’s such a shame. I’m so sorry to hear that you have a piece missing. I’m not really sure what to suggest - maybe Clementoni will get more in stock, if I were you I would keep on at them - it’s such a popular puzzle that I can’t imagine they wouldn’t get more in. Well done on completing it though 😊
@@Vickymakesandbuilds bet it's going to cost a bob to frame or just hang it up with bulldog clips like I do to save money. Anyway that was a fantastic job you did.
