yo I feel like Method Man deserves a lot more recognition for his growth as an MC...this man has consistently gotten better...his flow, delivery, visuals, he's always had the energy swag and charisma as well...i remember when 8 diagrams first came out.. Method Man spitting hard on that album and since then heard nothing but greatness from this dude
I like how Meth shifted the focus back to Black Thought when it seemed there was an imbalance...and if you ever wondered why he did so much of the talking in interviews with The Wu, dude is master at this shit.

Yo, I remember when the Philly hip-hop show "Urban X-pressions" had The Roots on there and Black Thought's freestyles were crazy... It was the first time I really saw someone freestyle where it was off the dome organic fluid and all that, and just madddd exceptional with the vocabulary.
Two of the greatest out of the golden era..... 25 years ago already!!???!!!! Dang.
I will never forget where I was the first time I heard the roots. They were on a MixTape Literally a “Tape” cassette tape driving down i95 on my way to Fordham road in the Bronx to buy Clothes.
And the First time I heard Tical I was in detention after school one day and my boy had it.
