Enneagram seems especially great for writing, there are a lot of triads within it that allow you to compare/contrast characters. Also enneagram moreso than MBTI focuses on growth, development, and levels of healthiness when you look for stuff online (not that you can't find that stuff for MBTI, but I feel you gotta look a bit more), and the directions of growth and stress offer natural ways to add depth to your character and make them dynamic. The way the types move through/in those directions are often interesting and seem like they'd be fun/good to write if you needed ideas.
Yes, I also agree. I an INFP 6w7, and i hate the stereotypes that are given to this type, in their view all INFPs are cute, depressed, mentally ill, extremely shy and etc...
@@Prouly3883 hate those stereotypes too, and I'm not even an INFP. I always think of INFPs as dreamy, imaginative for the sake of it (maybe too much for the sake of it lol) and strikingly unique.
THANK YOU for this video 🙏 I'm so tired of immature teens on database being like "e8 is only for Se dom because Naranjo said so 🤪🤪🤪" (e8 is likely to be Se dom, but that kind of logic confuse the typing of characters too many time... I have the feeling some people don't even try to analyse the cognitive functions of a character and their vote is just based on stupid stereotypes... I'm so tired about it XD) MBTI and enneagram are two different things. With some corelations, but it's just not the same system. My strong intuition (lol) is telling me that you chose type 5 as the first exemple because most of us typed you as a e5 in the first place 🧐😂 Personally, I just use enneagram for fictionnal characters because that's too... stereotypical ? for a real human being I guess. I mean x) I would identify myself as INTJ 1w9, but I can also reconise me in type 5/6/3 etc... Unlike the mbti which have a psychological logic, enneagrams don't really have any argument you know ? xD Most people can recognize themselves in more than one type, plus I think our main motivation and fear can shift over the course of our lifetime... This theory has just too many inconsistencies to use irl I think haha. But this is always great to write consistant characters !
Yasss girl I love using enneagram for writing. It's super handy. Especially when it comes to the deepest fears + how they arise from backstories, and the relationships between the characters. I think all types are equally interesting but once I learned about enneagram I was like HOLY SHITE so that's why I relate to all these edgy characters. We're all eights. lol.
Watching her videos makes me smart laughing my Abaya off(lmao) I can't swear since I am fasting. I knew about enneagram but she explained it with more detail

This gotta be the longest after credit scene I've ever seen.
Type 3, makes sense from what I've read.
Keeping us in suspense with the MBTI reveal hm?

Yes it is on crack. I noticed this thing with other profiles too
