Just found you and think you're phenomenal!!! I'm 62yrs old with a pole set up in my lounge (long story)! I would love to start using it as part of my fitness but have no idea where to start. I would love if you could create a mini series for absolute beginners so we can started with the minimal basic? May I also suggest you create playlists on your channel for easier navigation?

I told at least 2 different doctors about my hormonal imbalance and they both took it VERY lightly. Absolutely did nothing. I exercise more and carefully watch what I eat. However, my mood, cravings and bloating is hard to deal with.
@linglang7322 I'm so sorry to hear that you are having some challenges. Im happy to hear you are still getting your movement in!🙏🏽 I had to go to several doctors before one actually told me I should have been concerned more with my Fibroids. We definitely have to be our own advocates. If you aren't happy with the feedback you are getting, definitely seek a different doctor. There is a right one out there for you. I adore my doctor! Shes the best! Once you find the right doctor, you will definitely be on the road to feeling like you again 100% 🩷

Thank you for keeping it real about "always feeling hungry" 😅😅😅 I also struggle at times with hunger. Recently, I have had to lift slightly heavier and my waist is getting smaller (47 years young 😅😅) at a slow pace. Nonetheless, consistency is key. 👍🏽

I’m looking for buy a pole , would you recommend chrome and also is the thicker 50 mm better?
I've trained most often on Chrome so I may be a bit biased. 🤭 For pole diameter, a 45 is pretty standard and I love a 50mm because it really challenges you. No matter what you choose, you won't go wrong. You will gain strength either way. 🤗

@zippora what do you do for recovery ? I feel my shoulders always hurting
How often are you training? If you feel sorness too often, you may be overtraining. I try to schedule my heavier upper body days several days apart so that my muscles have time to recover. Maybe try to dial back a it on your intensity if you train upper every day or space out your training days a bit more. Hope that helps!❤
@@ZipporaEmon I think it could be that I train pole and Lyra and Lyra seems to take a toll on my shoulders . I take classes at least 6 times a week without necessarily training upper body at the gym. I’m not sure if I should be training upper body at the gym and conditioning if I’m already training pole classes?

Not at all Friend!!!! You can pole at any age. The body wants to move. And when we stop moving, the body wants to start shutting down so as long as you are moving you are winning. And moving on a pole will definitely challenge you in a good way. There are so many levels to pole and every level is a challenge and you will get great gains. Once you start, you will love it! ❤

Zippora! You are such an inspiration. Close to a decade ago I was a baby-poler and an amateur fitness model as a result of the gains from poling. But I stopped poling and have lost all my muscles & strength. I've been slowly working myself back up to increasing my heart/muscle endurance and finding your vids has breathed new life into my mind and I'm trying to get cut again. For myself! (In one of your other vids you mentioned how the burn feels so good & I totally get you!) Although I'm not back on the pole (yet ;)) you've inspired me to get serious about my workouts again.
