    Thank you for keeping it real about "always feeling hungry" 😅😅😅 I also struggle at times with hunger.
    Recently, I have had to lift slightly heavier and my waist is getting smaller (47 years young 😅😅) at a slow pace. Nonetheless, consistency is key. 👍🏽

    Zippora! You are such an inspiration. Close to a decade ago I was a baby-poler and an amateur fitness model as a result of the gains from poling. But I stopped poling and have lost all my muscles & strength. I've been slowly working myself back up to increasing my heart/muscle endurance and finding your vids has breathed new life into my mind and I'm trying to get cut again. For myself! (In one of your other vids you mentioned how the burn feels so good & I totally get you!) Although I'm not back on the pole (yet ;)) you've inspired me to get serious about my workouts again. Thank you. Happy exercising!
