They wont! Doors and windows are changed by your exterior fixtures. The design is just for the interior. I pinned a comment up top for what I was using on my exterior, hope this helps!

I hope they will too! Holding out hope because they added the Alpine Partitions/Pillars/Door in 6.3, but Empy was released in 6.1. So there's still a chance they're coming! I HOPE! It's my copium lol

So you can sit or doze there! Hiding beds or chairs will allow you to sit on most furniture that you cant normally sit on and you will stay sitting on the top piece instead of clipping down to the bed/chair. Super handy when making custom stuff that isnt normally /sit-able

I know!!! It's actually so good for smalls. Being able to decorate under the stairs and float things up to the landing at the top of the stairs is a massive tech gain. And if anyone wants to line their stairs now with a different wall, it'd be so much easier. SUPER worth the redesign glad you love it too!

Yep! It's the Country walls! In the very first few seconds with the couch setup, I have the Half-Timbered Walls. I swapped them when I was done filming the main part to see how they'd look, but for the L, M, S and tutorial portions it's all Country.

I would LOVE to see a whole bunch of different styles! Would be a way to slightly appease the community's want of a new housing district for every city too lol

Yeah the cut out has always been odd to me. I wish it was a fixture choice, so you could have it on both sides or none. Maybe since they're getting into changing things like the stairs, other things will change in the future - in like 6 years :) lol

It broke for me too :( I actually just got so frustrated trying to find a way to make it work again so I removed the aqueduct all together lol. I played with some of my settings so it was showing, but it was so faint - nothing like before though. Bit of a bummer.

Thank you so much! And nope, you dont need mods/plugins for floating or sinking stuff. This one is built in a medium, so anything thats partially through the floor - like the Dance Poles I used for the table in front of the fireplace - started in the basement then you just use the Float Anything Glitch (the trick you can use a loft or shelf for) and keep raising them up as far as you need them. Theres a bunch of other glitches to to help move furniture around, like ones to help float Tabletop items without them needing to be on a table or to float Windows and other wall-mounted items without them needing to be attached to a wall! There are some limitations. Furnishings have a minimum height requirement they need to meet before they'll stay in the air and wall-mounted items will want to snap to walls too near to them etc. So it can sometimes be a fair amount of troubleshooting, BUT if you ever get stuck you're more than welcome to ask how I made any of my items here and I also help run the HGXIV discord community, which has a bunch of folks who love to help others learn and work through anything they're stuck on! The more the merrier!

Cool! I only got a small plot to work with, but so far, I love my current build. Though, I never figured out how to float objects and such. I only really knew how to place wall-mounted objects on the floor via Storage. Hopefully, I can learn more from this comment and the discord you've mentioned. Thank you very much for the info! ^^

Probably a little difficult to put a number on it. I made a few tweaks over the years and didnt really keep track, but very broadly speaking, *most* of the smalls I do end up costing somewhere around 10 mil for furniture. That said, I'm super lazy when it comes to getting the pieces lol I dont craft much, if ever, so I end up buying 98% of it. You could definitely do it and be my frugal than me!

Hiya! They are Wood Slats, yup! 4 of them. I just lined them up with the legs of the Glade Drawer Tables for the spacing and they're on their side so you only see the thin side of them from the front. I didnt do it for that particular build because I was short on slots, but you can line 3 of them up "per table leg" and that way you dont see any gaps. There are gaps in mine, it's just harder to see them in the video cause of the colour. You can climb onto the house from the back porch and walk around to the steps that lead to the top.

There's no construction permit for these ones! They're crafted in a Free Company Workshop - I have a little bit at the end of the vid to show how they're made! So after you've constructed your new house (with the Empy construction permits if that's where you live), you can craft the Country exterior or buy it of the MB, then change your exterior walls out! <3
