Just want to say thank you so much for doing this tutorial. I'd been looking for ways to put something like this together, and this video was so beyond helpful. Honestly wasn't sure if I could pull it off, but I managed to pack a lot of this into a small, and I can safely say, couldn't have done it without this video (and the others for the door and windows). You're a genius.

Ahh I super appreciate that. This definitely ended up being one of my fav layouts I've done. It'll be sad when it eventually comes down!

If you were to give a conservative estimate of how many cheese cupboards were used in this build - what would it be? I’m looking to create a similar layout in my new ishgard house and wanna know how much mat grinding I’m in for 😅

You know what, I can go and count them....
I used 15 for the border on the lower level. 9 for the stairs, since some of them had to be doubled up on the angles - honestly probably just easier to use the Flagstone Steps for those now, since they werent in-game before. And 2 for the window seat under the triple window!

Quick question. Did you use the quill from the msg book b/c you still wanted a place for people to leave messages b/c there is just a Quill item that could of been used. I don't want this to come off rude like WTF just use quill forehead. I am asking in honest

LOL Yeah I used the quill from the book because I wanted a message book in the build for the owner, but wasn't really vibing with the colour of it for this particular theme. Sadly they're not dyable, so hiding or disguising it is the next best thing. You can still click through to leave a message and check it, but I believe our friends on console have a harder time doing that depending on how deep something is hidden. If you dont want the message book, you could most definitely use the Ink & Quill item instead.

@@ellienet ok thats i thought. I was pretty sure with all your experience it was to still use it b/c that would of been a silly other wise
