      I really liked the idea of using the ice partition as water. I wish the night view was shown a bit longer with consistent lighting but I believe I like the night view a bit better.

      @@tyriaxepheles7996 Thanks Tyria! Ya I wish the colour of the ice partitions was a tiiiiny bit deeper so it had more contrast with the sky (during the day at least) but I really liked the texture it gave to the water. Thanks for watching!

    How do you get that water moving effect at 0:54? :o

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  2 года назад +4

      Hi Lulu! I floated a Mahogany Aqueduct up from the floor below, It's sitting right in front of the Ice Partitions, so it projects that cool water texture up onto the walls. It reflect both day and night, but when it's day (Eorzea Time) it's much brighter!

    How did you do the couch, asking for a friend >:) amazing build btw

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  2 года назад +1

      Hiya Moira! The couch is pretty simple, just a little tedious in lining the slats up. The main part of the couch is the Leather Sofa, the arms are Wood Slat Partitions and I used Hingan Cupboards for the back, but if you wanted the couch in the center of the room instead of against a wall, you could use more Wood Slats for the back instead!

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  2 года назад +1

      Hahaha, its mostly white rectangular partitions dyed black and brown! (too many really :sweats:) I whipped up this image the other day that might help! cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/553592478788222977/949451221704523806/Windows.png The brown lines are white rects as well, purely optional - I just wanted it to look like there was a seam in the window

    Beautiful Build! How did you make the railings for the porch?

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  2 года назад +2

      Hiya Ricecakes! The railing is a combo of Hingan Bookshelves for the top rail, Wood Slat Partitions for the vertical black rails, and Cheese Collections for the gray horizontal lines to mimic steel tension wires! Hope this helps!

    What furniture did you use to make the beach view? Also can this be done in a Apartment? If not do you have any suggestions on how to get something similar to this?

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  2 года назад +1

      I used quite a few items here! I made this little infograph to help break it down piece by piece: cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/757309727989301329/966834718601515068/Balcony_Railing_String_Lights_Small_Table.png. The way I've made it requires a floor from below, but instead of Ice Partitions - Hingan Wardrobes are a common item used to replicate the look of water and that would work in an apartment for sure. Hope this helps!

    • @ellienet
      @ellienet  2 года назад +1

      Thank you so much! The table if one of my fav ways to make small tables atm and we're finally getting more options in game which is cool! This was made from a Nameday Cake (eaten) as the table surface, a Dance Pole for the leg and two Butteryfly Specimens for the feet at the bottom. Hope this helps!
