Timestamp 4:21 Caroline isn't wrong the sea blast does have a corrosive effect on metals you have to be constantly polishing your metals I'm very excited to see you do a yacht Tour I think you'll be extremely good at it. Something you should consider is a body mic so when the camera mic turns away from you there isn't a loss in audio volume.

It’s very peaceful, almost spa-like. The ocean noise would lull me to sleep. It’s big, but it’s not absurdly huge. If I had Powerball money, I’d buy it. Whoever staged this house did a great job with the furniture, too. I do wonder if people eventually get sick of hearing ocean noice 24/7.

I just bought a beach house here in San Diego very similar to this house back in september 2020. I use it as a weekend getaway. I slept there last weekend and could not sleep at all, the waves were very noisy and at times, it felt like the wave was hitting against the side of the house. I plan on sleeping in one of the back rooms where it is quieter. Also there is sand everywhere. I am constantly cleaning the house. Also anything metal gets destroyed immediately. My air conditioner condenser is only 5 years old and it is completely rusted already. Living off the water sounds glamorous until you live in it. But would I buy it again? yes!!!
Caroline Choi Live tight fitting clothes are hot but u don’t seem too comfortable in them. I’d suggest going for feminine and loose clothing. Maybe a bit revealing if that’s what u wanna do. The more comfortable you are the better your videos will turn out imo

It’s truly the ultimate “Malibu Oasis Dream!” To help you reach more subscribers on your channel: I used to work for a luxury property management company. Before a house & condo tour, I would go in and look at all the “fine details” of the home, take notes and “pin point” every little detail of what I should mention to my customers. For example: What kind of bathtub is in the master suite? (It’s a European inspired bath tub, big enough to fit two adults. It’s made from “Hinoki wood” a special kind of wood that is only found in Japan used in their famous spa bath houses. The wood is extremely special because when soaking in hot water, the wood releases an aroma scent....It was designed by designer’s “name.”) Are the floors marble, porcelain, oakwood? I would also paint a story/ picture for my customers to help them visualize themselves living there. Waking up to the morning sunrise, doing yoga, going out for an early swim, etc... These minor details may not mean much to people who are just looking, but it makes a huge difference to serious clients. **Something that I did that helped me tremendously that may be useful to you. Use different vocabulary words to describe the home and bring it to life! You want your viewers to “feel” like they’re there in person. You’ll find that it makes a huge difference! 😁 Keep in mind when you’re doing these videos that everyone is a potential buyer. Some of major pro tips: What kind of quality am I getting for? What types of wood, walls, materials, etc? Why is the house priced that way (other than being in front of the beach w/ a jaw dropping view). Amenities: how far is the nearest grocery store, etc? Also, before a video tour: walk around the house, look at the fine details, think of ways how to best describe the home. Make sure you have a smooth tour (know your path around the house to create a smooth transition (which room to go into first so you’re not stumbling/ all over the place when recording.)) I’ve been shopping/ watching videos on YT and every little detail helps the viewers & potential buyers. Video: I feel like the video was a bit too fast for me. Touring a $12m home should take a little more time. Have the camera person practice smooth transitions in each scene. My eyes started to hurt watching it. I guess that amazing view comes at a big price. I am surprised this house does not have, what do you call them? Disappearing windows that fold together and are out of sight? Especially with the fairly heavy blue tinting they just seem to spoil that panoramic view. I have only been to LA once, so could you tell me how far away Malibu is from say, Hollywood?
