If the reason is economic, then it should be accepted that it is the Liberal system that allows for economic opportunity. It is not perfect, and the amount of state intervention, as Proffesor Oppy said, varies. So it is not Westerners who go to live in Muslim countries but Muslims who freely come to the Liberal West.
