It's been a while, but a huge chunk has been knocked out on Richard's Cosmo! Nearly the whole passenger side is made and test fitted. Turns out this side is worse for rust than the driver side, so I've been unpicking it all layer by layer just to get access to remove and remake the floorpan. A little reward upon completion of the R100 resto, I was given the task of making a front and rear spoiler for it. Part 2 on Richards L10A, making the front lower quarter, inner floorpan structures and adding more shape and detail to the floorpan I made previously so it accurately replicates the original. Unpicking all the rusty layers piece by piece and remaking them until it is all mock fitted, ready to remove, sandblast, epoxy and then I can start fitting the panels permanently layer by layer.

Getting creative and making the tooling to replicate the side vents from scrap steel on my L10a Mazda Cosmo. A surprisingly good result given the caveman approach of cutting steel plate by hand to make the dies and instead of just cutting the finished vent area out to weld in.
