1/4 turn on the nipple with open box end wrench . Don’t use an electric ratchet. Or you risk opening too much and introducing air which defeats the purpose. Especially if it’s old. You could break it off.

Hey there, loving the video. I'm definitely a bit late to the show but do you have any websites or places where you got a lot of this stuff from? I have a Raider (which is just the Montero) and I think they share the same suspension setup or its at least super similar. Great video, I'll definitely have this up when I go to rebuild my suspension.

My WJ has 4 ways but no blinkers. It is blowing fuse #20. New blinker module didn’t help.

I’ve got two of these. You can fill gaps in dash with expanding foam. Have to prep but some good vids on line

Thanks for this. I got a smal block a while back. I wanted too make sure she was timed, so i removed the timing chain cover and used a "whistler tool" i rotated the crank pulley till she was at tdc. The crank timing mark was at 12 o'clock. The camshaft timing mark was at 6 o'clock. I then installed an msd distributor and started the engine. She started instantly. I've been getting a bit of heat from other small block owner's, tho. Cause i stated where the location of timing marks were at at tdc. I was told this was wrong.

i wish we could get some ecu support. i know they cant do boost but at least NA stuff... can you point me in any directions wanna wake mine up a bit just picked it up its in great shape no rust at all.

OR buy a pressure bleeder. That goes on the master. PROMOTIVE has a nice kit with multiple adapters for most master cylinders

I had an 86 Mitsu Mighty Max from new, wasted the motor by 60k miles less than 3 years in. I fit in a 350 small block and TH400 auto by chopping the drop frame rail sections out behind the front suspension and cutting out the torsion bar crossmember. Took lots of measurements for squaring things back up, lifted the rear of the frame about 6 inches by welding on new spring mounts on top of the axle, cut and welded in 5/16" steel plate where the frame was cut after getting the front end parallel and square to the rear portion. Made up some drop plates to get the torsion bar crossmember dropped the 6 inches to align with the lower control arm positions. Then cut and welded as needed to mount the V8 and TH400 trans. Hardest part was the block hugger headers and routing the exhaust past the front differential. No i never got around to getting the 4wd connected always had 20 other things to work on in my mid 20s. Mounted BFG 33x9.5s with aluminum rims. Super quick up to about 80 being so light. Had many an IROC and Z28 driver doing double takes from red lights for the few years I had it running.

These pumps dont work most of the time .Use a bottle with fluid in it and a hose .Much better and works every time

i have had two 1974, two 1976 & a 79 and 1980, I rebuilt the engines in the 1974, one of the 76 & the 1980. The 1980 was the only one with AC & after a little work they were all very dependable all 68-76hp. I was always jealous of a couple local Game Wardens here in South Georgia as they drove 1980 4x4 LUVs with the Diesel & military tires.

I have the 73 luv and luckily it has the crossflow g161 engine probably swapped by the old owner and a handmade bed because here in Greece every single pickup had a handmade bed for extra space and more capability
