I've had this graphics card for about 4 years, but I was not satisfied with the very high temperatures and the noise it produced. In-game, it would often reach 80-90°C for the GPU and 110°C for the hotspot. The noise and heat were so bad that I stopped playing on my PC and started using GeForce Now instead. However, I recently tried something that made me reconsider this card. I bought Ghost of Tsushima a week ago and had to play it on Steam on my PC. After two days of tweaking, I finally understood that by undervolting the card and setting custom tension, clock, and fan speed, the card actually ran very well and relatively "cool" without too much noise. Here are my custom settings: Voltage/Frequency P1: F800 T750 P2: F1275 T835 P3: F1750 T920 These adjustments helped a lot. The card now runs at about 45-50°C idle and 65-70°C under load after an hour, with the hotspot reaching a maximum of 80-90°C, whereas before it was constantly well over 105°C.

I have 7900xtx and my average is 250 but my %1 low is 15 What the hell should I do

7900 xtx here, runs terrible on urzikstan. 300-330 FPS in 1440 but stutters often and lows of 100fps or less. Done everything under the sun to address it including hiring out help. Crazy they haven't fixed this issue after all these months. Think i'll move on from AMD GPUs.

I'm in need of advice guys.....Gaming is something that I am interested in. My current rig has a X79SE Plus motherboard, Xeon E5 2660 V2 CPU, 16GB 1866Mhz DDR3 ram. All I'm lacking is the graphics card. Should I pair it with a RX570 8GB, AMD R9 380 4GB, or RX550 4GB? All three are within my budget range

Im recently noticing the stuttering in my 5700x3D (upgraded from 5600) with 6700xt, I was seeing full 100% usage of both of them when I was playing on low settings, so I got to high quality settings but my fps got down to 90-100 but there’s no stuttering now.

Just copped an used XFX Swift one for $179, not the best price to performance considering used rx 6600 goes for $154 for me but since I wouldn't have to upgrade it anyway for a very long while I considered the price jump to be worth it. Now awaiting the rest of my parts to do my first ever build. 😂

Multiplayer is the only mode I can play now due to how bad the stutter and FPS drop is. BR on big map and resurgence are a no go. I drop to as low as 35 frames at times with all settings on low. Idk what else to do at this point anymore. Half tempted to give FPSHub $135 to tune my pc. Running a 6700XT/ 5800X3D/ 16G ram 3600mhz / MSI MPG X570 mb.

2700x matches 5600x in multi core and only slightly lower single core, a perfect match for 3060. I have 2700x with 1080 passed on to my son and it's essentially same performance as my daughters 5600x and 3060 aside from the newest single player games. If your limited on budget I highly recommend 2700x with modern entry GPU or used older flagship gpus.

I got the RX 7800XT for now 6 months, and i got this Stutter problem since now 2-3 months. In the beginning it was relativly good, but in the last few weeks, it always got worse and worse. One of the most helpful advice I got, was to deactivate the FreeSync. Made the problem a bit better, but still have some issues. I upgraded from a GTX 1080 and when I had this beast, it was waaaay smoother.

Im using my 3080 10gb with ddr5 and i5 13600kf. Its a great 1440p gaming pc. Hoping it will do fine on black myth wukong and the new Star Wars game.

Nah not wor6h it, just get a new 4060 ti. Hell get an RX 7600 which isn't even that far behind it now. With much newer architecture. It's not all about high framerates.

Your testing methodology is flawed, you should be testing games that you have entirely played through. Thankfully a number of single player games have savefiles online you can just drag and drop to load later parts of said game. For example, a tutorial usually contains less assets loaded so its not representative of actual gameplay. i.e the mx450 which is comparative to the 1630 gets a solid 30fps during the tutorial/nautaloid area 1080p low ultra fsr 1.0 in Baulders Gate 3. However, loading past the nautaloid will have the game drop to the mid-to-high 20's in act one, then loading act 2 and 3 will see it drop to 21-22 fps. If you are going to benchmark a gpu in a game, be sure to have different savepoints to load from so you don't have to do repeated playthroughs. Its very minor criticism, some of these benchmarks aren't entirely representative of the total gameplay experience.
