Reincarnated as a slime as an anime. I don't really understand why people like the world building is horrible. I'm nearly three seasons in and there hasn't even been a villain. Every single bit of opportunity they've had such as the dwarf King to be a villain, he ends up becoming their Ally after being one-shotted by a weak attack. There's absolutely no battle system because he either destroys them in a idiotic way that doesn't even make sense (such as the first demon Lord, we see who is defeated by literal honey) The orc King had genuine buildup and made me think it could save the show and then it just gets consumed and A sad excuse for a backstory took up the entire episode

I kind of agree. I do believe I'm special. It's difficult to explain without sounding crazy, but I might be the true main character of this world. Laugh if you want, but feeling special is something many if not all of us do in some way. For me, it's being the only one in class to get something right, being top percentage in a game, or something simple like beating someone in a fight with little effort. The appeal of the demon inside is the desire for superiority, or at least something to silently have over others while pretending to be average.

I would still like a season 2.

Komi is not relatable at all to me. I don't like her. She is not even a believable character. She can't get a single word out yet manages to be very popular (without realising it), be at a normal school (she would be in a special needs school for sure). And why? Because she looks nice. Thats all. A "good version of Komi, that actually is human" would be the main character of Watamote. THAT is how a mental problem is handled the right way.

I loved the last episode. Kage leaving felt out of place, but it made sense & it shows to the viewers that nothing really changed for both Bojji & Kage (outward appearance). They still have their curses & face prejudice from others, but this time they're confident in what they can do instead of what they should've(Bojji not being the king & Kage wanting to live an honest life instead of what's expected of his clan).

Dr stone is boring and is not that good story only the premise is good. Everthing else is mid except kaseki

I don't think we're supposed to forgive her in the final scene, but not because she's unforgivable. She has just begun her redemption arch. In those last moments, it wasn't an attempt to say she was all better now but that she was ready to be better. Hence the promise she makes to her childhood friend that she'll find a way to save her. So in that sense, I think the main feeling they wanted to convey was hope

I ended up binging this anime last weekend, and I have not been able to get it out of my mind since. Ichikawa and Yamada's relationship is so beautiful in that they push each other to be better versions of themselves, and while I had already liked it, it was that scene in episode 12 that made me realize: "oh. oh this is so much more than I expected," because I realized I had started to cry myself. Ichikawa's entire journey of self-love is so heartwrenchingly beautiful, and I love how in this show it isn't really him needing to be better to 'deserve' the girl, but more so they're growing and learning /together/ instead. Anyways, like I said I finished watching this just last weekend and I can't tell if this is recency bias, but I'm pretty certain this has topped its way to being my favorite romance anime in general. It's just that good.

I paused this video 2 minutes in to go watch the show cuz you sold me on the premise. I'm already done S1 and halfway through S2, and think this will be in my top 10 anime by the time I'm done. Thank you!!

Saw this video yesterday. (THANK YOU BTW) Then proceeded to binge it and just finished season 2 episode 13 earlier this morning. My god I have no words.. I just couldn't help but have that "one more episode" mentality and root for them. And just love seeing them together. Haven't felt this way about a romcom anime in a LONG time. THAT ENDING! side note/spoiler: I found it immensely cute that Yamada kept the milk tea bottle that Ichikawa bought for her in her room. It's even shown in season two.
