Best video I've seen so far on this!
Does this hurt the animal?
No, it is deceased.
Thanks for your review
You’re welcome!
Want to try to get a doe this year, but I’ve never done it before.. I’ve butchered plenty of deer meat just never done this part or shot one 😬 Don’t want to look like a total goober so thank you!! This was very informative. Does everyone do the colon part first?
You’re welcome! When I was younger I did not, but I also always had to go back and cut out the meat that the droppings touched.
Great video, thanks! This is the RUclips the world needs.
Thank you!!
I watch this video maybe 3 times a year
Thanks for watching, hope it helps you out!
Your whole family is OBSESSED with fishing I see!
Yea, just a little bit!
Nice, also I’m gonna be commenting on most of your videos because one of your kids told me to
😂 ok thanks!
👍
You make it look super easy!
Thanks!
Bro you saved my life with this. Dropped my damn gun with the action open in the sand!
Been there before! Glad to help, thanks for the feedback.
Isn't the FN-P12 a clone of the Winchester 1300?
I am honestly not sure, never owned one of those before.
I have never done this but I think i could thanks sir you are a gentleman and a scholar.
Thanks!!
What’s supposed to line up
The metal bars and the holes on the front of the receiver.
Vollidioten haben Spaß beim Tierquälen 😢
Is that a growth on the back side?
Looks like he got roughed up, probably some torn up fur.
Good video
Thank you!
Can you please take this video down…. This is absolutely not the best way to gut a deer… a “butt out” is a horrible.
Absolutely, thanks for the feedback!
For that age that’s honestly impressive.
He’s pretty good with a net! Lots of practice helping his brothers get the big ones in the boat.
Nice👍
This makes me sad! 😢 They lost their friends.
Sorry..
Yo wait one of your kids is in my class!!!!!
😂 He told me he watched one of his videos in class! That’s awesome!
Ye
Excellent tutorial... Would you consider doing the cut from trachea down the sternum before going around the vent ?
You could do that cut first, yes! I just wouldn’t attempt to pull anything out until the vent is freed up.
Great video, I never commented and thanked you a year ago when I watched this so thank-you! Great stuff, I duck hunt where it rains constantly and have to strip my gun almost everytime I go out and your video was a life-saver. You made the process easy and I really like your attention to small details, and there's no annoying music blaring! Thanks again.
Glad to hear it! Thanks for the feedback and good luck! Hope ya get a mess of ducks this year.
May I know what Knife you are using?
Outdoor Edge, the one with replaceable blades. Think I got it at Lowe’s.
Needed a little reminder before I head out lol
Good luck!
Try doing it from a bottom of a holler we're I'm from 😅
Did that a few times in northern Alabama, good times!
You’re a young puppy who must be out of shape. Use a deer cart they invented them a couple of years ago lol
One of these days I’ll get one!
You’re a young puppy who must be out of shape. Use a deer cart they invented them a couple of years ago lol
Good idea, thanks!
Try being a real man and do that through the mountains with a mulie
Most people gut them before trying to drag them. 🤦♂️
When I’m on public land that’s what I do. At this place I take everything with me.
I used to play tough but now that I cannot even drag one out... I bring my four wheeler😂😂😂
That’s what I’m gonna get here in a few years!
On a picked corn field, the ground looks dry. Are afraid of getting your truck dirty, or is this phony?
Not my land, can only drive in certain parts.
Yeah just wait till you get older !!!!😂
I know! Gotta get a good 4wheeler in a few years.
I am so sorry for your loss😢😢😢💔💔💔⚰️
Thanks!
Dead meets weight 🤝
Yep!
Back that truck up a few yards
Whats the rational for removing them?
It’s so that you can avoid getting any of the scent on your hands or processing tools. If the gland scent gets on any meat, that meat will be tainted and taste nasty.
WHAT A MAN!!!
Thanks!
Its not good
Agreed!
This was a really good video, thanks
You’re welcome!
This used to be me and then I bought a 4wheeler with a winch
Gonna tell Santa that’s what I want for Christmas!
@ best money I’ve spent on hunting. I’ll post a video of a deer I winched out of a ravine over the weekend
He's a tad bloody
Just a bit!
But so worth it.😋
Very true!
What rifle and caliber are you using… I am a novice here.
Tikka T3, chambered in 300WinMag.
Wow. You can drive right up to them on the field you tool.
😂 no! Had to drag them through the beans and around the greens. 🥬 👏
Plastic tarp works, less friction.
Good idea!
It’s cause you’re going against the grain my guy. Come on man, this is first day stuff. 🤦♂️
😂 but I get annoyed by the head bouncing off my heels. Usually have a rope for this job.
Dziki trzeba strzelać nie biedne sarenki co nie robja ludziom krzywdy !! Zabij dzika jak co się chce dziczyzny !!!😮😮
Arent you supposed to drag them from the front legs so you arent working against the grain of the fur, causing more friction against your drag?
Agreed
Yea maybe, but I get annoyed by the head bouncing off my heels 😂
