I wasn't able to find a quartering video, do you have one or are planning to make one? I would love to be able to see all of the process maybe even further to curing or smoking the meat and hunting it too
You’re welcome! I actually had a video of that and took it down because there was a lot of hate-mail coming from it. I will try to do another one this year and put out a disclaimer prior to for the less enthusiastic. Should be able to do one before the end of November.

Terrible going to get so much dirt and contamination in their not supposed to open it up that far

You're cutting too much towards the meat. That's one of the reasons why there's such a ridiculous amount of meat left on the skin.
