I know you're not advocating for uninstalling those apps, but that was the only thing that worked for me. It got so bad I would have panic attacks that everything I ever did amounted to nothing by comparison to everyone else. Seeing people having enough money to travel and enjoy lenghty vacations while I've not worked anything yet due to having CPTSD just made me hate myself. I've been off instagram for a month and that helped SO MUCH. Unless your work is involving social media, I don't find value in it anymore or in short form content.

I struggled with very similar, maybe even the exact same feelings in some cases as you describe. It probably took me 10 years of work and struggles feeling like I was getting almost nowhere. I was putting in all this effort and felt like so little in return came back. It wasn't though, I was making progress and when I found the missing link I needed to really start seeing the progress, the past effort and progress became amazingly clear.

I love the way you speak and your body language, and I LOVE the fact that you keep saying beautiful and profound things while making gorgeous flower arrangements!!!
