I absolutely agree with you. I know a couple people that wear fake Rolex and act like they’re real. I lose all trust in those types of people.

Tudor is still owned by the Hans Wildorf Trust as is Rolex. That is good because not being publicly traded companies they don't have to cater to certain Tastes and can concentrate on exclusivity, and best of all, can not be bought up by SWATCH.

Always amazes me how scratch free other peoples watches are... mine is daily worn and is absolutely peppered with scratches all over the braclet and case. (4 years old now). I plan on getting one of these rubber strap though - they look nice!

Bought one (white) two days ago and absolutely love it.

Love this watch, I have one myself. It is definitely understated, very unique, elegant and unpretentious. I love the fact that no one even know you are wearing a Rolex watch. The automatic movement is a good one, probably last forever if it is well cared for. Personally , I think it’s the 36mm is the perfect size, and the dial, yes, that blue concentric dial remind me of an old LP record of yesteryears, and I love how it play with the lights when you move your waist is a fascination in itself.

Got the call for a no date sub, turned it down and told them I’ll keep the seamaster, omega treats customers better and factually is a better watch, Rolex is hype and everyone will always assume it’s fake, omega flys under the radar
