    Thanks. I have a plastic Swatch and they offer me at the Swatch store to polish it for free. For vintage watches it's probably better to polish than to replace because it might diminish the value if you restore it to the point of turning it into a Frankenwatch so to speak. I do wonder what can be done about the case on this Admiral watch. I don't know if polishing might wear off some outer coating or something else.
