Rabbit gives his honest opinion on RTI.
I had one when they first come out with it, it shot about a 15 inch group at 100 yards
Holy fireball!! That’s awesome!!
I got one, shoots flat 200 yrds
I would rather have this rife with a 10 round magazine, and a friend with the same.
All it needs now, a 460sw cartridge loaded with black powder for the walker 🤣 😳
Im stupid I thought you were a shit shot Then realized it's a paper target 😂 Also I think the key holing is related to cartridge conversion for 38 special as the bore isn't big enough
Yeah but a charging bear with a scope i think you would be better using a redot sight much easier to find the bear with a Red dot or reflex sight
The rounds are discontinued, the gun is dead
Thank you I will check it out
The old west trick for the loading lever is to tie it to the barrel with a bit of leather or string. It was a common issue for period Walkers too.
Represent!!!!
I got an 8 point a few weeks ago. Not a milsurp kill this time.
That’s awesome!! You should join the discord and post pics!!!
@@BigBoyRabbit420 I might do that. 🍻
How reliable is it?
A revolver for when you need to be plum mad dog mean (Outlaw Josey Wales)
Yeah I've owned two in ones my first one was a dog it wouldn't work to save its life and then I found out after I got rid of it it wasn't a gun it was the magazines the magazines are a big issue for these guys
Crap rifle from the start. If you want a good .17 wsm, buy a Winchester xpert.
great presentation and i have been ignorant of these preformed pellets , , lookin good , cheers big ears from down under
The cartridge ain’t bad, excellent fox and raccoon gun. Little small for coyotes, little much for squirrels. The big reason I think it didn’t catch on was savage putting the only affordable 17wsm rifle in junk stocks. The other ones are market shoot fine. If you get one of these, get a Boyd’s stock. Also have fun finding the ammo for it.
I have the 17wsm, didn't like the stock on it, changed it out for a wooden stock and free floated the barrel. It's a slick shooter.
stop using gloves, mr. softhands.
Feeding issues? And don’t lie
W O O D
Might be getting my first Musket today 🤞
So what happens when it’s wet and dirty like it is in bear country and your bolt doesn’t engage all the way forward. SOOL
S&W 357 magnum python will do Its standard carry in Alaska Beats getting caught with you pants down
Well got no be holding either way on RTI. But I will state cast your Steyr M95, Why is that, well ya see I got both a carbine and the long, both are Steyr and both M95s, and BOTH run 8 x 56r YES I know 8 x 50r original and first many were rechambered after the war, if memory serves me well many have an S or H stamped and some wear an I mark on top of chamber.
Discord link doesn't work
10mm is not a bear cartridge. The FBI designed it for 2 legged predators. 10mm has .357 magnum ballistics. I personally use +P 45 auto ball in my 1911. If I wanted a more effective weapon, the .44 magnum would be 100 times better than 10mm.
Bro.. you rock.
Maybe put a little fine smokeless powder into the hollow core to make a clean burning duplex load.
People who think the carbine is a POS, keep in mind, a world war was won with the carbine. How many wars have been won with an AR? Zer0!
Is this a real coydog? So cool.
Very cool. I found these at my local range last week and was curious about them. Im "not with the times " yet as i only have 3/7 for my Colt 1860 3rd gen but hey, if that stuff gives good reliability and comparable velocity (made by the same company) Ill try it out. My Colt is my EDC (felon in NC) so thats what im relegated to carrying at the moment. Any chance of getting it chronographed?
Is that a hawken style rifle
Yes it’s a Hawkin Carbine
Constantine and Constantinople would have been standing for another few days if Constantinople had a pair for each of His soldiers this!
Like the fie titan tiger 👍👍
Thanks is a Arminius HWY357
Instead of using grease, I use felt over powder wads. They work better, and don't gunk up the revolver. Been doing it that way for 30+ years. Those Pellets look interesting. I may have to try some. For conical bullets, I will use a 30 grain charge of 3F powder. But for round ball, I take that down to 25 grains. Not as much smoke, because all the powder burns in the barrel. I fire a Rugar Old Army cap and ball revolver. Which I use as a back up when hunting.
Seriously though why the candle?
Did you wind up eating the chicken though?
I own 1 they r amazing
This video needs gun oil Jesus Christ man take care of your investment.
Kg-9 was an open bolt the kg-99 is a closed bolt
Love these rifles. I need to do the MG13 mag mod, as it was a little painful to reload from stripper clips when I ran it at a 2gun match. Had my muzzle brake cap fracture recently so I'm looking into making my own since they're out of stock everywhere. It shoots incredibly soft with the cap on. Always turns heads at the range from how loud it is and surprises people with how little recoil it has. As someone else said, avoid turkish ammo, and most surplus ammo aside from Romanian. I have a lot of turkish surplus ammo I got for almost nothing, so I pull the bullets and change the powder out for safe modern loads and it's worked great in my 8mm rifles.
Im torn between one of these or the A17 will be my coyote rifle so im torn which to get
😂👍🏽
Ron Moorhead and the Sierra Sounds from the Sierra mountains in California is what you were referring to, i think. Im deer hunting rn, lol.
Think your flint may need sharpening but im also not super familiar with alot of black powder stuff
I kinda always since black powder doesnt count as a firearm and nfa doesnt apply wanted to do a short barrel full stocked hawken and then make a set of 58 cal dueling pistols but i just never got around to it
I think also it had something to do with gp90 cartridge
They stuck with the bolt gun because of that mentality semi and full autos are wasteful is my working theory that and familiarity
