meg out compressor would tell you BAD WINDINGS AND OR INSULATORS.
This is a gimmick...you have no power to swing it! What a joke 😅
Ok dumb ass your compressor is pulling 25 Amps ALL GOOD HERE!! LMAO
Great idea! Thank you for sharing. Just tried it, fingers crossed...
good job
I need to know how to get the blower motor out I’m just an install guy help lol
Seriously, what was the point of this video? No idea how to get the blower/motor out of the unit. You skipped over the only difficult part.
ruclips.net/video/8Y6Dc9je2JI/видео.html
Question do you need to cover or is it okay to not have screen on it? Is it safe to leave uncovered? Do birds or leaf get into the intake pipe?
You didn't show anything that helps anyone actually remove the motor
Did you end up finding the solution to this problem?
Where we can get the equipment? Thanks
Sold me im buyin
TVX sounds like
Beautiful sounding unit if you ask me
What is that attachment called?
Hmm kinda only showed us the sound of the bearings n not key parts like how to remove the wheel. Maybe skipped past it.
I have a payne furnace code error 14 how to fix it. I replace the flame sensor n it still give me error 14
I was able to pop the metal back off my motor. I added grease but the real issue was there was pressure on the bearing causing it to whine. I put it back together and then tapped on the metal shaft with a hammer to seat the bearing. It’s quiet again and the best part is I saved $71.
Having the exact same issue on that circuit board I have the exact same model. Furnace doesn't turn on at all, only if I tap the board on that lower right corner it turns on. My Payne unit is 10 years old. Replacing control board tomorrow morning.
Gaskets are neoprene insulation rope is ceramic fiber. No asbestos in this boiler.
Three phase doesn’t use a capacitor. The confidence sounds good though.
no real help...
This is exactly the way I want to do, but I don't have the saw. I got to buy it.
What kind of tools should I have by default to repair various common problems that can happen to a peerless boiler. Right now. My psi was maxed all of 3 times it fired. Just bought house. I opened all my radiators. I added water to it so it was at the normal level. Then I took water out after noticing psi gage. It could have already been thsy high. It said low water when I took water out to lower psi. So I'm like...fuck. I poked a wire through the copper pipe thst is the little box that regulates the psi. Nothing came out of the psi. And well after I did that. I tried firing it back up. But now it won't fire. Pilot light is lit. I shut power off to it for 30 seconds ect. But still nothing. There is a little circular thing that let's the air out of pipes thag was working also. Anyways I'm avoiding calling a plumber and determined to fix and keep it upkeeped myself. It's warm now but want to get it off bucket list. Holar at me if you could
Dope video
So you take a pipe cleaner and run it through the pig tail and flush it out, big deal......
Looks good to me if it was leaking it would pick it up. H 10 loves our 22 super sensitive to chlorine molecule. I’ve been using the H-10 since 1977 when my dad started me doing leak detection’s on his job sites as a kid. Those days it was general electric H-10 and it actually had a leather case
Great but no one will be able to change stuff without cutting everything right back or be able to remove stuff and reposition it and you can't solder near the fittings
Nice work.
Where did you get that angle jaw at?
So he replaced the contron for no reason...
No one is going to mention the huge crack in the tile? In a hurry probably.
I had my heater not coming on too but my system is about 7 years old. I noticed that the exhaust flow was very restricted and the pressure sensor would not let the heater come on. I changed the exhaust flow angles on the piping and that solved the problem, if that helps at all. Good luck.
Hello.... do you have a video or manual to share about how to remove the cover? I really want to remplace the fan as well. Thank you in advance
yes.. that would be great.... I have removed the flip cover (easy) and have removed 4 screws behind the louvres.. but have hit a wall.... thanks
Still better then Trane
The cheap bid guy installed that boiler and didn't properly skim clean it on day one. This homeowner saved a couple hundred bucks on the install but spent an extra $200 per year of operation on higher gas bills
I hope the guys working on this video noticed the possible asbestos containing gaskets between each section of this boiler. Please be careful!
I have a three door commercial Turbo air refrigerator .
If I had this, will it affect my radon ventilation fan?
Metering device,,,,,is it exp valve most likely
Since when does a technician need a electrician?
I think it depends on the laws on the different parts of the country. Maybe even if he could have the knowledge on the electrical part he probably don't have a permit to tamper with it. I guess. Just an opinion.
@@marcospolanco8349who pulls permits these days I rather pay a fine and keep the project moving along
What was the issue on this one after all? I have the SAME EXACT issue and can’t figure it out I’m also new to the trade.
0:37 😂
I grow 🍀🍄
Man that thing is old school. Not a single stick weld on it. Bolts and forge welds it’s from a different era that’s for sure
Did the bad motor cause a ticking/rubbing noise when the indoor unit was running?
Could be blockage in system. Refrigerant is not returning to compressor in much amount as it should be ...
Coil was prolly dirty how was the filter?
Supply header is piped incorrectly. Quote a new boiler with proper header, equalizer, Hartford loop, etc.
