Hi everyone my name is Mike. I have always loved riding motorcycles and always wanted to be a truck driver and that is what this channel is all about. I started this channel as a motovlog but in March 2021 I started my journey to becoming a truck driver so decided to make this channel a trucking vlog channel as well. I started out with Gixxer Mike as my channel name but changed it to Two Wheel Trucker to better fit what the channel is about, So I apologize for any confusion. Here you will get the best of both worlds, I mean who doesn't like big trucks and motorcycles right!? I hope you will join me on my journey to being a rookie trucker and a little motorcycle riding in between. Thanks for checking me out and I hope you enjoy!

I'd just put it in a different spot the people that organize where the trailers go don't drive trucks , they will tell you to put a 53foot trailer in a 40 foot spot .
Him got a buster seat haha
I pull a 48 ft flatbed now and I’m glad for it. Best decision I ever made was to get away from running reefer and switch the flatbed.
Checking in! I hope you had a good Christmas and New Year! How's things going?
Backing up is tricky
My NEW Rule. I never did it before but I will just go back to them and tell them the new assigned space I dropped it after I already dropped it in a propper spot.
Mike thank you much for showing new drivers IT's OKAY to get out of your truck multiple times to get a better prospective of your position. It's better to error on caution than force it and hit a trailer or damage your tractor.
u had it the first time
And they say football is a game of inches.
Why do you need that specific spot?? Why not try a different spot???
@davejohnson-rh4lg because this place tells you where to drop it. But in the end I put it somewhere else.
@TwoWheelTrucker1 oh OK. Well, they were really stupid thinking you could actually get that trailer in there with not much clearance. Even the yarddog couldn't even do it!! I have to commend you for trying and checking several times for safety from damaging your trailer as well as the other trailers. Swift probably would have recked all those trailers including his tractor against the other trailers in front!!! I heard how SWIFT they are!! Hahaha
Idiot has one simple job to drive without hitting anything. It’ only takes 2 brain cells to drive a truck. Slide your tandems all the way back it’ll make it easier to get into a tight spot.
i am working on getting my cdl class a and this makes me want to get it even more with the challenge but besides using the mirrors and getting out and checking. God bless the day the trailers start having some type of back up cam or maybe even a bluetooth cam that can mount to the rear trailer and connect to your phone when backing. That would help A LOT
Like the way this guy takes the time to get out and look no matter how many times he got out that is what makes you a better driver instead of getting frustrated and making mistakes.
WOW that is crazy, not sure if I could it either
You succeeded !!! BRAVO
Always try to avoid parking on the blind side .
Hope they never send you out east
@edwardbielak8096 this is east. It's where I live
Lose the tail swing
You had it the first time around, when the trailer was in the lane, instead of turning, kept the tractor straight, you would of had it, typical rookie.
Did good
Why don’t semi’s have backup cameras? I know it doesn’t help for the backing but to make sure you aren’t gonna hit anything while doing the maneuver it only makes sense
I don’t understand why those massive trucks don’t count with a reverse camera 😮
It’s ridiculous man I’m boutta get my cdl and that’s one of the scariest things about it
@@wildusername78 the scariest thing is cruising 50 mph on a 2 lane highway when some car coming the other direction headon CROSSES the center line in front of you and you are mere seconds from Killing them if they do Not pull back into their lane
Surprised that in this day and age that there aren't more quick on and off backing camera sets for drivers that can be popped on with a magnet or such for these types of scenarios. Not as something to completely depend on but to at least get a better initial set up as you start into tight places like this one where the surrounding area is also so cluttered. Good ya for not trying to press it beyond what you did, wopuld rather have a cautious driver than a chance-um kind.
Slide the tandems and GOAL!!!! Most time tandems should be at the 44 ft mark. You know that black vertical line! Thats the bridge law mark. All Millis wagons have it!
@@MrSmi31093 use your "grey matter" retired driver, 41 ft is the bridge law
TWT, That gray matter between your shoulders ain't no paper weight! Put it to use and think thru your move. Retired Millis DVR
What a fool, it looks like there were easier parking options,
Seems like you waited too long to get under it but I know it’s tight.
I used to work at the Walmart DC in Monroe for 11 yrs.
Hi! I developed software to help owner-operators and carriers manage their expenses and keep track of fleet finances effortlessly. I think it’s something you might find helpful! Would love to discuss how we could work together. Loving your content, keep it up!
That property is messed up
Can't even really watch the video with it going back and forth.
That's why we need Euro/American Truck Simulator
Am better than him in driving when it comes to driving job hmm am favor 🎉
Don’t be a stubborn when you are low on space not worth it.
After watching I went straight and subscript because you are the real one showing us the new drivers It's okay to fail and try.
you had it on the first
Could you not have gone in the other way where it looks like there’s more space and then back in?
Slide your axels brother it's easier
Fuckin yard dog drivers probly sitting hiding smoking a joint watching you laughing instead of helping....
Great video
Music sucks
You gotta go forward and start over, turn the wheel to the right until you are in the spot
Taking too long
Good on you getting out, it's a lot better than hitting another trailer. A little tip, see-side was the best choice, but get your setup closer on the left side, when your tandems are just about to the right side of the first trailer, crank it all the way over and follow it in. Might take a couple pull-ups, but it will go. Some of the places I've backed into would make your skin crawl, but I've never had one beat me yet.
youd think the yard would have an employee to spot you
hardest part is the delay the trailer has from when you turn the wheel and so easy to over compensate
im so glad we use eurotrucks in UK, no stupid long bonnet
I'm not a truck driver but I appreciate you for getting out and checking out the state of the spot . Be safe and patient in your driving job
@lewiskalinde6073 much appreciated! Thank you
the parking lot is bullshit. it's not your fault man.
Could you slide the trailer tandems back to get rid of all that back swing? I liked your first attempt, good job.
